Chris Brown goes for a stroll in Paris on Thursday (January 21) with his entourage.
The 20-year-old entertainer, who’s been spending time abroad in both Italy and France, recently checked out Vivienne Westwood and Moncler Gamme Bleu’s fashion shows during Milan Fashion Week.
Earlier this week in Italy, Chris told the L.A. Times‘ Adam Tschorn that he’d thought about attending couture fashion shows in Paris, too, which take place the week after men’s fashion week!
Chris Brown puts his stunna shades on while gracing the cover of YRB magazine, on newsstands this week.
The 20-year-old singer sat down with YRB to talk about his music, mistakes and what he’s listening to now.
On his upcoming album: “Graffiti is the art of me, the art of Chris Brown. That’s why I named it Graffiti - because graffiti is art. I know it’s a form of vandalism, but not lookin’ at it on a negative aspect, it’s art and my music is my graffiti.”
On his past mistakes: “…at the end of the day it’s not right to judge somebody when people make mistakes all the time… I regret every second of it… There’s always problems in relationships and it’s how we handle them and the choices we make that shapes them and makes them better.”
On what he’s listening to now: “Right now, not to be disrespectful to anybody, but I’m not fond on the industry that much. I’m more kind of to myself. I love Owl City and, um, Cobra Starship and even Miley Cyrus; that’s where my head is at with music now, going more pop and kind of different with those guys.”

“The entire video for ‘Crawl’ was his idea. I’m talking every single idea in there is Chris’, and it’s pretty awesome,” music video director Joseph Kahn told MTV. “It’s an interesting video for me, because it’s so rare that music videos ever try to achieve anything emotional. With ‘Crawl’ you feel it in here [points to his heart].
“Chris just basically told me a story of what he felt this video was going to be, with his heart glowing and how he’s, like, cold. It is a very personal story,” Kahn continued. “But it’s told in such a graphic manner that I fell in love with the idea. It’s Chris’ story. Period. I am the pencil that put it down on the paper.”

Chris‘ full album, Graffiti, will be in stores Tuesday, December 8.
“I’m trying to give all the fans more music,” Chris said. “That’s why I put out so many singles.”

Chris Brown shows off his washboard abs in the new “Power Issue” from YRB magazine.
The 20-year-old entertainer will also be featured in the December 2009 issue of Vibe, on stands December 8.
Tonight, Chris’ MTV News special “Chris Brown: The Interview” airs at 6PM ET/PT on MTV.
“My thoughts [when I look back on it now] is like, ‘Why did it happen?’ “ he says. “Like, ‘What was I thinking? What is wrong with you?’ That’s what I’m thinking with myself. That’s what my thoughts are, basically, now.”
He continues, “It’s like, ‘How do we get past it? How do you, Chris’ — talking to myself — ‘how do you go from point A to point B? How do you learn from your mistakes, turn it into a positive and help other people with the situation, and at the end of the day become the person that you want to be?’ “
Chris Brown will speak to MTV this Friday (November 6) at 6 PM ET/PT.
The 30-minute special, set in a Virginia recording studio, will have MTV’s Sway asking Chris, 20, tough questions about what happened in February.
Chris will speak about the struggle with how the public sees him now, how it may have affected his fans and how he’s working to change himself, by going to anger management therapy, group sessions and community service.
