Chris Carmack Goes Into the Blue

Chris Carmack and costar David Anders film new scenes for their new movie, Into the Blue 2: The Reef on a beach in Hawaii on Thursday.

Also on set: Smallville actress Laura Vandervort, Marsha Thomason, Michael Graziadei and The Hills star Audrina Patridge.

Into the Blue 2: The Reef is an action thriller about aspiring treasure hunters but is a direct-to-DVD film. It’s also the sequel to the original Into the Blue (Jessica Alba, Paul Walker).

P.S. Is that volleyball net really regulation height??

Chris Carmack is Shirtless

Chris Carmack shoots some shirtless scenes on the set of his new movie, The Reef, in Hawaii on Tuesday.

The Reef is a direct-to-DVD film from MGM and Brookwell McNamara Entertainment about a couple with a local dive shop and David Anders as the bad guy who hires them for an underwater job. (Anders played Adam Monroe on Heroes and Julian Sark on Alias.)

Carmack, 27, is best known for playing Luke Ward on The O.C. He played the cheating boyfriend of Marissa Cooper (Mischa Barton), who uttered the now-famous line, “Welcome to the O.C., b—-!”
