Kate Hudson spends the day at the beach with her son Ryder and a hunky new guy at Manhattan Beach, Calif., on Wednesday.

While Ryder went swimming and played on the swings, Kate played beach volleyball with the guy. Kate was a natural and high-fived her mystery man after digging the ball and making several great serves.

She later untied her bikini top and let the strings hang down so she would be more comfortable while she played.

The 29-year-old actress recently opened up about her relationships and appeared on the cover of the September 2008 issue of W Magazine.

Kate Hudson reunites with with ex-husband Chris Robinson to take their son Ryder Russell, 4, for a walk around the Lower West Side on New York City on Monday.

The trio headed to a health food store, where they picked up a few items.

Later in the evening, Kate, 28, treated herself to a delicious dinner at the trendy Greenwich Village eatery Waverly Inn.

Kate’s latest flick with Matthew McConaughey, Fool’s Gold, has struck it rich. The film has raked in an estimated $70 million at the box office so far.

Kate Hudson reunites with ex-husband Chris Robinson, 40, to take their son Ryder Russell, 3 1/2, for a walk on Thursday in the West Village.

Despite the cold in New York, the family looked bundled up and ready to have some fun!

Hudson, 28, will star opposite Anne Hathaway in the romantic comedy Bride Wars. The pair will play best friends whose relationship takes a tumble when they set the same date for their weddings. They end up competing for venues, services and guests causing mayhem for everyone involved. The film is due out sometime in 2009.

The father-son duo was accompanied by 30-year-old hunkalicious Oliver Hudson, Kate’s brother. Uncle Oliver!!!

Ryder just turned 3 the week before last (the age Kate promised to cut his hair). So don’t fret my pets, the haircut is coming soon! Just cross your fingers…
