Christina Aguilera sat down with Entertainment Tonight to talk about her new baby boy, Max Bratman, almost 1 month.

On how happy Max makes her: “I’m enjoying him every second. I can’t stop staring at him, studying him. You can’t believe you created this. Me and my husband couldn’t be happier.”

On Max not comparing to anything she’s done before: “You think you’ve accomplished all these amazing things until you have your first born or even your second born and it’s like, ‘You can’t believe what you’ve done, what you’re capable of doing.’ “I have to say throughout the pregnancy I was never more appreciative of what the female body is capable of doing until the whole thing happens and you’re like, ‘Oh my God I did this.’”

On involving a creative balance in her future career: “‘How am I going to balance my love for creativity and performing with the ultimate of importance in my life — my child?’ It can be done — there are many mothers who are able to do it and do it well.”

Christina Aguilera flaunts her svelte post-pregnancy bod at at signing of her new DVD, Back to Basics - Live and Down Under at Best Buy in West Hollywood on Tuesday.

This is Christina’s her first appearance since the birth of her son, Max Bratman, in mid-January.

In an interview earlier in the day, Christina told Ryan Seacrest that her experience being pregnant will play a role on her next album.

She said, “I’m very excited! I’m so inspired. This whole incredible thing that’s taken place in my life, between the pregnancy and the birth… I’ve got so much in me to write about. This next record, I want to have a lot of fun with it. I’ve been brainstorming for the last nine months of my pregnancy. This next album will have a whole new me. A different me.”

Christina also talked a little about celebrating Max’s bris at 8-days old: “He did have a bris! It was really interesting because I’m not Jewish, but my husband is. I never really knew a lot of Jewish people growing up, I never knew about a bris. It’s all a learning process. Of course, we’re such a non-conventional couple that we had penis balloons everywhere.”

Christina Aguilera and music exec husband Jordan Bratman welcomed their first child, a baby boy on Saturday at 10:05 p.m.

“Christina and Jordan are proud to announce the birth of their son Max Liron Bratman. He is a beautiful, healthy baby boy!” a rep for the couple tells People. “Mom is resting and doing well!”

Max measured 20.5 inches long and weighed in at 6 lbs., 2 oz.

Christina, 27, Jordan, 30, celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary this past November. Congrats to the happy couple and of course, newborn MAX BRATMAN!!!

The couple was seen leaving Houston’s restaurant where they celebrated with friends.

According to reports, Xtina, 27, will be giving birth on Jan. 10, 2008 via C-section. She’s reportedly narrowed down the names for her baby boy to Jackson, Jake or Max.

Christina has also requested an enlarged version of her November cover of Marie Claire which shows her nude and showing off her large baby bump.

Christina Aguilera and her interior decorator stop to do a bit of furniture shopping in Brentwood, Calif. on Tuesday. Afterwards, the hungry mommy-to-be headed to In-n-Out for some grub!

The 26-year-old pregnant pop star wore tight-fitting maternity jeans, red flats and a bikini top over her two shirts. You can only imagine how difficult those jeans must be to take on and off!

Christina Aguilera bares all (literally) for the “Sexy Mama” cover article in the January 2008 issue of Marie Claire, on newsstands nationally Dec. 11.

Xtina figures she got pregnant when husband Jordan Bratman was visiting her in Georgetown, during the U.S. leg of her tour. Here are interview snippets:

On her pregnancy being a surprise: “We were planning on starting to try after the tour. And so, I had gone off the Pill to prepare my body, because I didn’t know how much time it would take. You’ve heard it takes some time — except with Power Egg and Super Sperm here… I’m like, Oh, my God, can you believe it just happened?”

On being pregnant during her ‘Back to Basics’ tour: “I was paranoid. There are so many things that could go wrong — somebody could slip, somebody could fall, I could fall. There was no way in hell I was going to jeopardize my baby for my show.” So she wore a well-concealed heart monitor. She didn’t want to broadcast the news. “I didn’t want to make the audience uncomfortable, like, ‘Pregnant lady onstage! Is she going to be OK?’ But I had to announce it to my band and my dancers, because I wanted to make sure they had my back.”

On her simple decision not to announce anything: “Because I hadn’t said anything, people thought I was trying to keep it this big, bad secret, and that’s not the case at all. I just wasn’t commenting. I’m not being like, ‘Hey, everybody, I’m pregnant!’ I’m not that girl.”

On the domestication of Xtina being complicated: “We’re so labeled. If you’re too sexual, you’re slutty. If you’re not sexual enough, you’re a prude. I like to put it out there as a topic of conversation. Why does it bother you? What’s your problem with it? Am I really hurting you? Let’s get to the root of it. I have more than one side of me that likes to get out on a stage and sing. Sometimes I want to be aggressive, sometimes I want to feel empowered in my sexuality and my vulnerability. I want to put all that out there.”

The Dirrty singer is reportedly due with her first child this January. “Lady Gres” shoes by Christian Louboutin.
