The 28-year-old singer is keeping mum on many of the specifics of her upcoming album, but told A.P.E. radio station earlier this week, “I can’t let too much out the bag too soon. I just can’t, ‘cause I really want you guys to be surprised and to experience firsthand what I’m talking about or what I’m not talking too much about. Too soon in the game, but wrapping everything up now.”

She continued, “I think I’m most proud of this work than I’ve ever been, just because I worked with so many amazing and incredibly talented people. [Sia and I] did a lot of work on this record together, and she’s just a complete gem. She’s truly just such a talented force to be reckoned with. And I so enjoyed her company, and I think we really created some super crazy magic together. I got a chance to sort of write with Santigold, M.I.A., Lady Tron — artists that I really love.”

Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman go shopping at La La Ling children’s clothing store on Saturday afternoon (August 8) in Los Feliz, Calif.

The couple brought along their 18-month-old son, Max Liron, who wore an oversized pair of sunglasses to cover up his black eye. Poor little guy!

Christina was recently asked if she has any issues with paparazzi now that she has a family. She told AP, “We moved into our new house about a year ago, but since I started working on the record, I have a studio in the backyard. . . . It just has been so perfect for me to just wake up in the morning, put on my flip flops and sweatpants, and just go back in the studio and pretty much get into my creative cave and zone out that way, so it’s been really convenient. So the paparazzi have probably been upset with me. I know they told my husband, they’re like, ‘Is she ever going to leave the house?’” More Here! »

Christina Aguilera shoots a public service announcement (PSA) for the Christian charity World Hunger Relief at Hollywood and Highland in Los Angeles on Wednesday (July 15).

Earlier in the day, the 28-year-old powerhouse singer was named the global spokesperson for WER, allowing Christina to continue raising awareness of the hunger issue. She will also get the message out by appearing on the World Hunger Relief web site, FromHungertoHope.com, and in other online hunger relief efforts. Christina’s PSA will air this fall.

Christina Aguilera carries her son Max, 17 months, to Color Me Mine pottery studio to make a Father’s Day gift in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon (June 18).

The 28-year-old songstress is currently working on her new album and collaborating with many, including dance-punk band Le Tigre. Back in ‘04, lead singer Kathleen Hanna told EW: “‘I love Christina Aguilera. She has, like, mini-feminist messages.”

Christina Aguilera walks out of SLS hotel with her new perfume Xpose in hand on Tuesday (June 2) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 28-year-old singer recently shared that, “My last album had a vintage, retro, glam appeal. And this next album which I am almost finished and am about to release has a very modern sense about it,” she said.

“Futuristic in terms of looking into the future and giving it a new twist and a new sensibility.” How do you give a new twist to a future that hasn’t happened yet? Aguilera explained to the LA Times: “I am working with a lot of electro artists to make that come alive. That is what really inspires me at the moment. And what is great is that I interpret it in my musical way and [Stephen Webster's] interprets in his jewelry way.”

The 28-year-old songstress has always been a fan of Stephen Webster’s jewelry.

“As a fellow artist, I’m always inspired by the jewelry Stephen creates each season,” Christina has said. “I’m in awe of the intricacies of his designs, and while each collection evolves from the last, he always stays true to his signature glam-rock style.”

The 28-year-old powerhouse singer will make her screen debut in contemporary musical Burlesque. According to Variety, Christina will play an ambitious smalltown girl with a big voice who finds love, family and success in a Los Angeles neo-burlesque club that appears to be right out of Bob Fosse’s “Cabaret.”

Big-haired Christina Aguilera comes out to support pregnant pal Heidi Klum at the LG Rumorous Night at West Hollywood’s Andaz Hotel on Tuesday night (April 28).

Christina, 28, was decked out in Stephen Webster jewels, Sewy jeans, Libertine jacket, Majestic tee, Sonia Rykiel handbag and Louboutin shoes.

She recently told People about her 15-month-old son Max, saying, “He’s absorbing everything like a sponge right now. We have to be cautious what we’re saying around him! He’s speaking a little Spanish too. He said mama and papa months ago. Vacuum was one of his first words! He has a cleaning fetish and he loves to run around with a rag and dust and clean, and he loves to clean his high chair after he’s done eating. It’s so cute! I’ll lift him down and the first thing he does is to take a rag and clean off his chair. He’s mommy’s little helper.”
