Colin Farrell passes by a ceramics store late last week with his new girlfriend (of a few months), strolling the streets of Campania, Italy.

The Irish heartthrob and the Angelina Jolie lookalike locked arms the entire time they toured the small town of Positano.

The cozy couple are renting a 3-bedroom suite at the very posh Le Sirenuse Hotel on the Amalfi Coast.

Here’s what the photographer had to say about snapping the above photo:

I know it’s kinda hard to tell, but he was kinda hard to photograph. As I walked out of work I came face to face with Colin Farrell. So of course I had to get a photo. But, of course he didn’t want to be photographed. He kept ducking and diving so I gave up. But then I found a couple of real paparazzi who had climbed up onto a terrace with a view of the street. So I elbowed the paps out of the way and snapped.

Colin, 30, and the unidentified exotic beauty were also spotted in Bruges, Belgium last month trying to evade paparazzi. He ended up finally obliging to take a photo with a fan (inset).

Lindsay Lohan and Colin Farrell have reportedly teamed up for the Neil Jordan-directed drama Borgia, a period piece about the internal struggles of the most powerful family in 15th century Rome.

Third time’s a charm for Jordan (Breakfast on Pluto) who penned and will finally direct Borgia with Warner Independent Pictures.

Borgia fell through twice! In 2002, financing fell through for then stars Ewan McGregor and Christina Ricci. In late 2005, the same thing happened for Colin Farrell and Scarlett Johansson.

Borgia tells the story of Cardinal Rodrigo Borgia, a powerful man who took over papal duties after the death of the pope in 1492. Lindsay will play Rodrigo’s daughter Lucrezia Borgia, who’s torn between her family duties and a desire to find true love. Colin will play Rodrigo’s youngest son Cesare, a duplicitous and manipulative sibling who considers himself his sister’s closest confidante.

The role of Rodrigo Borgia has yet to be cast. Filming is expected to start in late 2007 in Rome, Italy.

FYI: This tip was sent via email, so it could very well be fabricated. Sounds like this could just be a rumor…

Colin Farrell sported a newly shaved head alongside Miami Vice co-star Gong Li during the premiere of their latest flick Miami Vice in Beijing, China this past Monday, Oct. 30. Directed by Michael Mann, also starring Jamie Foxx.

• Paris Hilton’s CD is already being called a flop. A week after its release, the CD has only sold 75,000 copies, pitiful compared to Christina Aguilera’s first week sales of 320,000, according to Soundscan.
• The NY Post featured a photograph of Hilary Swank and her agent John Campisi snuggling in Rome in today’s paper. The couple has been spotted kissing and holding hands all over Rome.  Anyone have it scanned?
• Tom Cruise, who broke ties with Paramount Pictures last week, has signed a two-year financing deal with First & Goal LLC, an investment partnership headed by Washington Redskins owner Daniel Snyder. The deal will allow Cruise and producing partner Paula Wagner to run their company and make deals to produce films. First & Goal LLC will finance overhead and development costs. Cruise still must find someone to finance production of those films and a company to distribute them.
• South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker say Saddam Hussein spends his time in jail watching the movie South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut,  in which he and Satan hatch a plot for world domination.
• Eminem has collaborated with Nike Inc. to create a limited-edition collection of sneakers to be auctioned to benefit Eminem’s Marshall Mathers Foundation, which provides funds for organizations working with troubled youth in southeast Michigan, and ninemillion.org, a global campaign to bring education and sports programs to children in refugee camps across the globe.

Colin Farrell was spotted getting his morning smoke on and downing a cup of coffee (tea?) this past Saturday on the balcony his place in Ireland.  His three-year-old son James Farrell  (inset) later came out to check out the view of Dublin with, supposedly, one of Colin’s sisters Catherine, 35, or Claudine, 33. Colin, 30, has recently been inspired by his son James (mother is model Kim Bordenave) to make more family-friendly films and wants to voice an animated character: "I’d really like to do an animated film next but no one is calling me to do one."  Pixar, sign him up!

Colin Farrell was spotted taking a cigarette break on the on the set of Woody Allen’s latest, as-yet-untitled movie project earlier on today.  The cast (rising British actress Hayley Atwell pictured above) has been filming on location in at Pembroke Castle Pub & Bar (150 Gloucester Avenue) in Primrose Hill, North London. Woody’s film tells the tale of two brothers (Ewan McGregor co-stars) with serious financial woes but when they turn to crime, they become bitter enemies.  More pictures in the gallery!
