The Office star Craig Robinson will host NBC’s Last Comic Standing for the show’s seventh season, the network announced Friday.
The 38-year-old actor, who plays Darryl, a warehouse worker at Dunder-Mifflin on the hit sitcom, succeeds hosts including Jay Mohr and Bill Bellamy.
“Last Comic Standing has been a consistent success with both viewers and critics, and we can’t wait to bring it back,” Paul Telegdy, executive VP of alternative programming at NBC, said (via THR).
“The addition of a versatile comedic talent like Craig will only enhance what has proved to be a winning formula.”
