Recently-divorced couple Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe are spotted out and about with their son Deacon, 4, in Los Angeles the last few days.

Reese, 32 was spotted in Brentwood early Friday morning with Deacon, who sported a “World Peace Please” t-shirt. Please ignore the socks and orange crocs combo. Reese must have dressed him blindly that morning!

On Thursday, Ryan, 33, was seen picking up his Deacon from football camp.

Just yesterday, it was reported that Reese’s divorce from Ryan Phillippe was finalized. They opted for an uncontested divorce, which kept many of its particulars private. The documents, dated June 12, only read: “[The court finds] the parties have settled all their remaining issues in these proceedings.” The pair will have joint custody of their children Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4.

Ms. Witherspoon cited “irreconcilable differences” when she filed for divorce in November 2006 after seven years of marriage.

Reese, 32, is currently dating Jake Gyllenhaal, 27, while Ryan, 33, has been seeing Aussie actress Abbie Cornish, 25.

Reese Witherspoon spends a day on the farm in Vincent, California with her kids Deacon and Ava and end up buying two pet pigs to bring home on Friday.

Speaking of pigs, the Reese Witherspoon produced film Penelope, has grossed $8 million since its opening on Feb. 29. The modern romantic tale is about a young aristocratic heiress born under a curse (a pig’s nose!) that can only be broken when she finds true love with “one who will love her faithfully.” Christina Ricci and James McAvoy costar in the film.

Ryan Phillippe had a day out with the kids and went completely picture happy at Big Bear Lake, Calif. on Sunday. How cute!

Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4, also had a trip with daddy to the San Gabriel Mountains this weekend. Ryan was teaching them how to ski!

Reese Witherspoon strolls along Santa Monica Blvd. with the nanny, her daughter Ava, 8, and son Deacon, 4, in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Reese, 31, was interviewed on Good Morning America earlier this morning to chat up her new film, Penelope. The film is about a girl named Penelope, who ends up with a pig’s nose and ears as the result of a family curse. Reese related herself and her kids to pig-nosed Penelope:

“We all sort of deal with that in our own childhood or raising children. I wouldn’t want my kids to miss out on any of that teasing and bullying. It makes you who you are–when you don’t make the soccer team and you can’t… The thing that drives me crazy today is everyone wins the award. Everyone wins an MVP. No. They’re not! I distinctly recall the two weeks of crying because I didn’t make the volleyball team. It made me interesting.

And what if Reese’s kids don’t make the soccer team one day?

“You know what?” Reese said. “You deal with. Hopefully, it helps kids figure out who they are. But it is tough as a parent. But that’s part of being a parent!”

Penelope opens on Friday, Feb. 29. That’s right, leap year day! It’s the first film to open on leap year day since 1980!

Ryan, 33, can be next seen in the war film Stop-Loss, which is set for a March 28 release. He stars as an Iraq War veteran struggling to adjust to the effects of the war. Ryan’s rumored flame Abbie Cornish also stars in the film.

Ryan Phillippe shares some father-son time with Deacon, 4, at a park in Brentwood, Calif. on Thursday. Deacon set up some cones on the field and played some sports with his dad and other kids from the neighborhood.

In other news: Ryan, 33, and Australian actress Abbie Cornish, 25, look like they’re officially a couple. The two were photographed together last week at a friend’s house in Beverly Hills, and Ava (Ryan’s daughter with ex Reese Witherspoon) was recently spotted out shopping with Abbie. Abbie, who starred with Ryan in the movie Stop Loss, was widely credited with ending his seven-year marriage to Reese.

“They are a real couple,” says a source. ” [The relationship] has really grown. She’s spending time with his kids - it’s not like she’s on the side. She’s apart of the family.”

The father-of-two recently sat down for an interview with new magazine Man About Town. Here are some interview snippets:

On being a mess after his divorce from Reese Witherspoon: “After the divorce I was a physical wreck. I wanted to die. I was ready to kill myself. I was not taking care of myself at all. I would wake up and cry and vomit.”

On using his past experiences to now cry on demand: “Now, it’s f–king easy. When I was younger, I didn’t have enough to cry about. But since I’ve had kids, I feel my work has become better, because my life is fuller and more complicated, and I’ve experienced so many highs and lows.”

On why you won’t see him doing any endorsement deals in the near future: “If I see actors doing commercials, such as Catherine Zeta-Jones in the T-Mobile ads now, when I see her in a movie, it’s hard to disassociate the two.”

On Elizabeth Taylor and Elton John, who once took him out for tea: “I was sitting there looking at them interact, and I’m thinking, These people have raised millions of dollars to save people. The potential power of celebrity is astounding.”
