Medium actress Patricia Arquette filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Punisher star Thomas Jane, court papers show.

The papers, which were filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, cite “irreconcilable differences.” But of course!

Patricia, 40, and Thomas, 39, have a 5-year-old daughter Harlow Olivia Calliope.

This was Thomas’s first marriage and Patricia’s second. She was married to Nicolas Cage from 1995-2001.

Private Practice star Kate Walsh’s movie exec husband Alex Young has filed for divorce from the actress, reports ET.

The date of separation is listed as November 22, 2008, just before the Thanksgiving holiday. According to the filing papers, Alex cited irreconcilable differences.

Kate and Alex married in September of 2007.

Something crazy must have happened between November 9 and 29 as the couple looked quite happy together in Las Vegas!

UPDATE: Kate’s reps tells JustJared.com, “Papers have been filed to amicably end the marriage of executive Alex Young, and actress Kate Walsh. The couple remain on friendly terms and sincerely hope the media will respect their privacy during this difficult time.”

Former View co-host Star Jones has filed for divorce from husband Al Reynolds after three-and-a-half years together.

A statement was released on Star’s behalf: “Several years ago I made an error in judgment by inviting the media into the most intimate area of my life. A month ago I filed for divorce. The dissolution of a marriage is a difficult time in anyone’s life that requires privacy with one’s thoughts. I have committed myself to handling this situation with dignity and grace and look forward to emerging from this period as a stronger and wiser woman.”

Jackass star Johnny Knoxville filed for divorce today, reports TMZ.

Knoxville, aka P.J. Clapp, cited “irreconcilable differences” in his nearly twelve-year marriage to wife Melanie. The pair have been separated since the beginning of the year.

There is no prenup, Knoxville will pay spousal support and he’s asking for joint custody of their 10-year-old daughter Madison.
