The 28-year-old hotel heiress recently had a small victory in a legal tussle with Hallmark cards. Paris is seeking damages of at least $100,000 for one of Hallmark’s cards where a picture of Paris‘ head was superimposed on a cartoon waitress’ body. She is accusing Hallmark of invasion of privacy as well as commercial appropriation of identity. The appeals court ordered the suit to proceed despite Hallmark’s request to dismiss.

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt have rekindled their love for one another — less than two months after breaking up.

“They are definitely happy again,” a source close to the couple tells Us Weekly.

On Monday, Doug, 23, tweeted, “What an amazing weekend with my beautiful girlfriend. I love her so much!”

The day before that, he wrote, “Laying in bed watching SportsCenter with my girl.”

The 28-year-old socialite’s rep said, “In response to the inquiry on whether Paris Hilton has split up with Doug Reinhardt, yes, this is true they are no longer together. They remain friends and ask that you please respect their privacy.” Reinhardt is 24.
