Ellen Page walks into the production office for her new movie, Whip It!, in Saline, Michigan on Wednesday.

Also spotted on set was Drew Barrymore, who’s directing and starring in the comedy. It’s her directorial debut!

Whip It! was written by Shauna Cross, based on her novel “Derby Girl”.

In the film, Ellen, 21, plays misfit girl Bliss, who is constantly being pressured to enter beauty pageants by her mother (Marcia Gay Harden). Bliis then joins a roller derby league, stumbles over reality and eventually finds herself along the way.

Drew Barrymore and Justin Long have broken up according to her rep’s confirmation to US Weekly.

The 33-year-old star from E.T. and the 30-year-old actor famous for his Apple ads, have been together for almost a year, dating back to last August.

Ironically, the couple both star in the film He’s Just Not That Into You, which opens in February.

Drew, 33, will be playing ‘Little’ Edith Bouvier Beale in the upcoming film Grey Gardens alongside Jessica Lange who will play her ‘Big’ Edith Bouvier Beale.

They will play the aunt and first cousin of Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis. The film depicts the everyday lives of two women who lived at Grey Gardens, a decrepit 28-room mansion in the neighborhood of East Hampton, New York.

Grey Gardens is scheduled to be released November 2008.
