Thomas Dekker was arrested on Wednesday night (October 14) for drunken driving after allegedly sideswiping a cyclist in San Fernando Valley, Calif.

The 20-year-old actor, who played John Connor on Fox’s Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, was booked into Van Nuys Jail and was released early this morning after posting $100,000 bail.

TMZ reports the victim was 17-years-old and Dekker was arrested on a “DUI resulting in an injury to a party involved in a traffic collision.”

Charles Barkley was popped for DUI early Wednesday morning in Arizona.

According to TMZ, he told cops he ran a stop sign because he was in a hurry to get some oral sex.

The officer, who wrote the report said, “He told me that he ran the stop sign because he was in a hurry to pick up the girl I saw get in the passenger seat. He asked me to admit that she was ‘hot.’ He asked me, ‘You want the truth?’ When I told him I did he said, ‘I was gonna drive around the corner and get a b–w job. He then explained that she had given him a ‘b–w job’ one week earlier and said it was the best one he had ever had in his life.”

The report says when Barkley was taken to the station, he told one of the employees, “I’ll tattoo my name on your ass” if he helped “get him out of the DUI.” According to the report, “He laughed and then quickly corrected himself and said, ‘I’ll tattoo your name on my ass’ and then laughed again.”

Basketball star Charles Barkley was arrested early Wednesday in Arizona on suspicion of drinking and driving.

The 45-year-old former NBA player reportedly ran a stop sign in the Old Town section of Scottsdale at about 1:30 a.m. Gilbert police Lt. Eric Shuhandler says police pulled Barkley over, took him to a DUI mobile processing center (see picture), and administered a blood test after declining to submit to a breath test. After Barkley was processed, he was cited and left in a cab.

Barkley played 16 NBA seasons for the Philadelphia 76ers, Phoenix Suns and Houston Rockets.

This might spoil his plans to become governor of his home state of Alabama in 2014. In October, he announced that he would be a candidate!

Shia LaBeouf has been arrested for suspicion of a DUI misdemeanor.

TMZ reports the 22-year-old Transformers actor was arrested around 3 a.m. Sunday morning in Hollywood for allegedly driving drunk. Shia made a left turn in front of another car causing the two cars to collide.

Labeouf is currently undergoing surgery for a badly injured left hand.

While being interviewed on The Late Show with David Letterman in May, Shia joked, “Drinking and driving is one thing, but drinking and shopping … it’s just as bad.” What kind of jokes will Shia tell about drinking now?

Also back in November, a “pretty wasted” (those were his own words) Shia was arrested after refusing to leave a Walgreens in Chicago around four in the morning.

Mischa Barton was arrested for DUI early Thursday morning, reports gossip blog Hollyscoop.

The former O.C. actress was handcuffed on the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd. in in West Hollywood, Calif. and taken into a police station at 3AM.

Mischa, 21, was driving a white Range Rover with a suspended license. She’s still in custody right now, being held on $10,000 bail.

UPDATE: Mischa reportedly was in possession of illegal narcotics at the time of the arrest. Surprise, surprise!

ARE YOU SURPRISED that yet another Hollywood starlet was caught driving under the influence?

Kiefer Sutherland was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Tuesday morning, after police pulled him over in West Hollywood, reports TMZ.

The 24 star, 40, was stopped for making an illegal U-turn. He took a breathalyzer test that registered more than twice the legal limit of .08!!!!!

He was booked and released on $25,000 bail. Kiefer is due in court on Oct. 16.

Lindsay Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in Santa Monica around 2:15AM this morning, according to TMZ.

Lindsay, 21, was arrested near Pico Boulevard and Main Street, where cocaine was found in her pants pocket and her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit. This is her second bust in less than a year.

The 21-year-old trouble starlet was driving on a suspended license and was apparently driving under the influence as she was given a walk-the-line test and flunked.

Lindsay is out of jail after being “cooperative” — her bail was reportedly $25,000. Her mug shot is pictured left.

What happened to her alcohol detecting bracelet??? Or her 45 days in rehab???

UPDATE: Lindsay’s attorney Blair Berk issued the following statement: “Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition host Ty Pennington was arrested in Los Angeles early Saturday morning on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs and alcohol while driving, reports TMZ.

The carpenter hunk was arrested at 12:35 AM and was released two hours later after posting $5000 bail.

Ty, 41, is a spokesperson for the organization ADHD (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder) as he was diagnosed with the disorder at the age of 17.
