Celebrities are speaking out on the decision by the California Supreme Court to overturn the state’s ban on same-sex marriage. Here are just what a few of the he movers and shakers of the LGBT community had to say:

Ellen Degeneres: “I’m thrilled that the California supreme court overturned the ban on gay marriage. I can’t wait to get married. We all deserve the same rights, and I believe that someday we’ll look back on this and not allowing gays to marry will seem as absurd as not allowing women to vote. P.S. I’m registered at Crate & Barrel.”

T.R. Knight: “Our ‘certain inalienable rights’ are protected today. It makes me proud to live in a country that works to correct its sins.”

Melissa Etheridge: “I feel they have made an honest woman of me. What a wonderful blessing for us and the gay community. We’re moving forward. It makes me feel happy for the whole human race that we are finally getting out of our differences and coming together and we are putting this all behind us.”

Chad Allen: “I have to say I was completely shocked at the level of emotion of my own reaction. It’s not that I didn’t care, it’s just that I didn’t know that I cared that much… I’m thinking about getting married. I am in love with my partner, deeply madly in love with him, and though I am not ready to propose yet, it is in there.”

Lauren Conrad drops by Monday’s The Ellen DeGeneres Show to chat up her reality TV hit The Hills.

On moving into her new mini-mansion: “[MTV] filmed us moving in. There were three girls. We had a lot of stuff. It was raining the whole weekend. We had like 15 crew members with cameras. It was madness.”

On her, Audrina and Lo thinking their new home was creepy: “We thought the house was haunted. It was built in 1922–it was an old house. We felt it was kinda creepy. We were probably freaking ourselves out but we were convinced it was haunted. We saged it [to remove the creepiness].”

A svelte-looking Christina Aguilera makes an exclusive appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to talk about the joys of motherhood.

“Are you nursing?” Ellen jokingly asked.

“I guess it’s a little obvious,” Christina laughed, as she looked down.

“It’s gonna be a healthy boy!” Ellen said.

Also talked about on the show were the penis balloons Christina had at son Max Bratman’s bris party.

“We’re not a conservative couple,” Christina confessed of herself and husband Jordan Bratman.

Have any of you been following Ellen DeGeneres‘ blog? Her two main features are her thoughts (when she does have them) and what she eats for lunch (cooked by her chef, Sean). Both are hilarious but the lunch features are my favorite!

Here’s what Ellen ate for lunch yesterday (Tuesday). Check it!

“Hola watchers of my lunch. Today I am lunching from south of the border with these delicious organic chicken fajitas (Pronounced: fah-heat-as. The j is silent.) filled with red and green peppers, zucchini, onion and cheese and wrapped in flower tortillas (pronounced: tort-tea-as. The ll is silent.) There are also some black beans and rice (pronounced: black-beans-and-rice. Nothing is silent. All the letters are loud and clear.) There is also some roasted tomato salsa (pronounced either: to-matt-oh or to-may-toe) and guacamole (pronounced: gwak-a-mole-eee.)

I love guacamole. I’m thinking of planting some guacamole bushes in the back yard. I’ve always wondered how the guacamole keeps from dripping off the stems. Now I can see for myself.

But for now, I shall eat my lunch. Adiós,
