What a nice surprise–Jen hadn’t been back since they wrapped the show!

Jen talked about turning 40 (on Feb. 11), saying, “I feel better than I ever felt in my life. I did have a moment, though, over the weekend. My first, like, ‘Huh, … I don’t want to (turn 40).’ I found a really long gray hair and it kind of flipped me out. It’s not my first but it’s the fact that it was so long. I was like, ‘Oh that’s been there. How many others are there? And what does that mean? It actually brought me to tears slightly.”

Aniston is throwing a party on Saturday and Ellen tries to get elicit a response by holding up a picture John Mayer in his infamous green thong, saying, “He’ll probably go, right? Do you think he’ll wear this?”

“I got to tell you honestly I almost don’t want to touch it,” Aniston laughs, adding, “The man’s got balls, what can I say. I think he’s funny.”

Jen also broached the subject of a Friends reunion, saying, “Maybe. Like one (episode)… Not a movie, I just think what would they do?”

This episode airs today while Mayer will be a guest on Monday’s show. He confesses he stays over Aniston’s house: “Yeah there are sleepovers. Yes, yes there are.”

Ellen DeGeneres sat down with Ladies’ Home Journal on the night after Barack Obama was sworn in as President and Proposition 8 passed in California, overturning the legality of gay marriage and calling into question Ellen’s own marriage to actress Portia de Rossi. Here’s what 51-year-old talk show host shared about:

When did she feel most beautiful?: “The day I got married.” Ellen’s eyes got red and watery and she runs off. When she returns, she says: “You’re worse than Barbara Walters!…It’s just very emotional. You find the person you love, you think you’ve come this far…and anyway, I never thought I’d have a wedding, and I did, and it meant more than I imagined.”

About their biggest domestic squabble: Says de Rossi, “I do leave half-finished beverages everywhere. I usually have three cups of tea going at once. I’m Australian. That’s just what we do. And anyway, I was going to thank her in our vows, for picking up all the glasses – and say that she’d have to do that for the rest of her life. She took that on. But she’s very good about it.”

About her off-camera future: “I don’t need to be on camera. I’m not a workaholic. I love to spend time with my wife, my family, my animals…We’re looking for the right place to have a farm. Someplace like Massachusetts or Nantucket, with seasons. We could get an 1800s farmhouse with land and rescue animals. Then I’m done.”

Her thoughts on beauty: “To me it’s sad to be defined by beauty, because it’s something that goes away and changes. If you’re trying to chase that forever, you’re in trouble.” At the same time, DeGeneres adds, “as I’ve aged and matured, I just feel better about myself, more confident and more comfortable in my own skin. As that’s happened, I think I look better than I’ve ever looked, because that’s just what happens when you feel better about yourself.”

Who wore her tutu best — HEIDI or ELLEN?

Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi walk arm-in-warm while out and about in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Saturday afternoon.

Portia, 35, proudly showed her love for Ellen by sporting an “I Love My Wife” shirt!

On her talk show, Ellen has to succeed in her “catch George Clooney” project. She has said, “We’ve sent ‘Victoria’s Secret’ models over. We’ve sent Miss America over. We’ve sent Kate Hudson over. We’ve sent gifts. We decorated his bungalow for Halloween. I don’t know what more we can do.”

Brad Pitt recently had this suggestion: “This is your problem … Get a bunch of Chippendales. He’s yours. Three, four – no less than three.” And he adds, “Make one a blonde.”

Ellen made fun of Brit’s singing skills. She joked, “I had to keep teaching her about harmony.”

Ellen DeGeneres is the new face of CoverGirl and Olay, reports People magazine.

Starting January 2009, the 50-year-old talk-show host will star in a series of print and television ads for Simply Ageless Foundation, the latest product from CoverGirl and Olay.

How does she feel about her first beauty campaign? “I’m thrilled to be a CoverGirl. I’ve been practicing in my bathroom mirror for years… Now finally, you’ll all be able to see it.”

The pop princess, who celebrated her 27th birthday last week under the Big Top, will have her holiday segment air on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday, Dec. 16.

On on-and-off-screen beau Zac Efron: “Ah, he’s hot!”

On if Zac eats cereal for breakfast: “He’s more of an eggs kind of guy. If he’s feeling lazy he just drinks them. Not most of the time, but every now and then.”

On what she got Zac for his 21st birthday (last Saturday): “I haven’t given it to him yet. I’m kind of late. It’s something for a house.”
