Leonardo DiCaprio chats with Ellen Page between takes of their new film Inception in downtown Los Angeles on Monday (October 19).

Leo, 34, and Ellen, 22, have been filming for several months now, however, little is known about this film.

Recently, Batman Begin’s Cillian Murphy sat down with MTV and shared a little more about this sci-fi thriller directed by Christopher Nolan.

“It’s conceptual. It doesn’t fit into any genre,” shared Cillian. “There are elements of different types of things in it but it is all from Chris’ imagination. I’ve never read anything close to it before.”

Leonardo DiCaprio and Ellen Page take a break from filming on the set of their upcoming film Inception in Los Angeles on Sunday (October 4).

Inception will be released in IMAX theaters along with the film’s wide release on July 16th, 2010, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

This is director Christopher Nolan’s third IMAX project following Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. “Chris Nolan and IMAX have proven to be ideally suited to each other, and we’re very excited to bring them back together again for Inception,” said Warner Bros president of domestic distribution Dan Fellman.

Drew Barrymore grabs hold of her costar Ellen Page at the LA Derby at The Doll Factory on Monday (September 28) in Los Angeles.

The pair were joined by co-stars Eve and Juliette Lewis.

The girls’ new roller derby flick Whip It is out in theaters TODAY! It’s Drew’s directorial debut, which has garnered an impressive 80% on RottenTomatoes. The flick is said to have “enough charm, energy, and good-natured humor to transcend its many cliches.”

FYI: Drew is wearing a pair of black “lazer lace” Ferragamo shoes.

Leonardo DiCaprio and the set of Inception take over the streets of downtown Los Angeles on Sunday (September 20).

The 34-year-old actor has been busy working with Ellen Page and Joseph Gordon-Levitt on the Christopher Nolan-directed film (he also did The Dark Knight).

Leo is reportedly on a diet and exercise routine in order to lose a significant amount of weight for his role in this film.

Drew Barrymore and Ellen Page are yummy in yellow on the October 2009 cover of Marie Claire, on stands Sept. 15.

Drew sounded off on her Whip It! costar: “Ellen has such a beautiful body, and I personally battled with my own body image for years. I used to tell myself, ;You can’t wear anything sleeveless or strapless.; And all of a sudden I was like, ;What if I just didn’t send such negative messages to my brain and said, wear it and enjoy it?; And now I’m more comfortable in clothes than ever.”

Drew added, “She was in her frickin’ bra and with an open jacket and hot-pink shorts, skating around the rink with red lips and… and she was sexy as a mother…. a feral creature. It was great. And it’s so screwed up for girls to think, Oh because I don’t have that cookie-cutter model body, it must mean I don’t have the right body shape. And I love model bodies, but I just want women to embrace several body shapes. That’s the thing I love about derby. It’s really welcoming.”

Ellen and Drew’s upcoming roller derby film Whip It! opens on Friday, October 2.

Leonardo DiCaprio and co-star Ellen Page film a dramatic explosion scene for their new movie Inception in Paris, France on Tuesday (August 18).

In this carefully coordinated stunt, a car explodes beside the pair as they eat outside at Cafe Debussy. Ellen’s character looks to be unaffected by the debris flying all over but eventually falls off her chair. Leo’s character definitely looks troubled!

Inception is being directed by Christopher Nolan (Memento, The Prestige, The Dark Knight).

Leonardo DiCaprio and costar Ellen Page (Juno) shoot scenes for their new movie Inception above the Seine River on the Pont de Bir-Hakeim bridge in Paris on Sunday (August 16).

The sci-fi thriller, which is set within the architecture of the mind, is being directed by Christopher Nolan (Memento, The Prestige, The Dark Knight). Rounding out the cast are Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Cullian Murphy, Ken Watanabe, Michael Caine and Leo’s BFF Lukas Haas. Not much is known about the plotline was IMDB says a CEO-type becomes involved in a blackmailing scandal.

With a hilarious cast including Ellen Page, Drew Barrymore, and Kristen Wiig, roller-derby comedy Whip It is bound to score some laughs.

Synopsis via USA Today: Ellen stars as a rebellious teenager who signs up to play the brutal and sexy female sport (derby) against her mother’s will, finding friendship and freedom among the bruises and falls.

“Everything I’ve learned throughout my whole life has been going into this piggy bank, and I just smashed it all over the floor for this one,” Drew says of directing the film, which opens October 9.
