According to one paparazzo, Pompeo, 38, was told she did not have valid I.D. despite having two passports in her hand. However, the Grey’s Anatomy star was still able to get past security after speaking with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officials. It certainly pays to be a celebrity!

Ellen and Chris celebrated their two-month wedding anniversary last Wednesday. Hey, two months is a very long time in Hollywood. Two weeks is becoming standard!

Ellen Pompeo comes out to support her Grey’s Anatomy costar Katherine Heigl at the L.A. premiere of 27 Dresses held at the Mann Village on Monday.

Pompeo, 38, wasn’t able to make it to Heigl’s wedding, so this was the least she could do! The pair also dined together at Katsuya Saturday night.

Ellen stayed wrapped up underneath a black trenchcoat–would you really be surprised if she was pregnant too?

Answer: A big fat no!

Ellen and Eric are enjoying their time off from the set due to the writer’s strike. Looks like Ellen and Rebecca are BFFs having a laugh with their matching outfits of skinny jeans, black boots and black jackets!

Unfortunately Grey’s Anatomy will be showing a repeat episode this week.

Ellen Pompeo throws on an entire adidas track suit and makes an early morning run to Whole Food’s grocery store in Los Angeles on Monday.

The recently married Grey’s Anatomy star picked up lots of items for the Mister and Missus including a bunch of apples and bottled water. She even loaded everything up into the car on her own!

Ellen Pompeo attends the special screening for DreamWorks Pictures’ Sweeney Todd (the cutting-edge movie adaptation of the Stephen Sondheim favorite musical) at the Paramount Theater on Wednesday in Los Angeles.

Ellen Pompeo cheers on the Boston Celtics as they face off against the Los Angeles Lakers game on Friday at the TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, Massachusetts (Pompeo was born in MA). The Celtics beat out the Lakers 107-94.

The Grey’s Anatomy actress was accompanied by music producer husband Chris Ivery, Boston Celtics superfan Donnie Wahlberg and his wife Kim Fey (a singer Wahlberg met when she did session work for Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch).

Newly married couple Ellen Pompeo and Chris Ivery look to be settling in comfortably with married life, running routine errands together in Los Angeles on Friday.

After a short stop at Home Depot, Chris left carrying a sample of tiled slate. Ellen had her hair tied back in a messy knot and wore jeans and a long billowy top.

In the politics world, Pompeo is committed to Barack Obama. The Grey’s Anatomy actress has given $4,600 to him so far.
