Emily, 26, who took home the Britannia Award for British Artist of the Year, accessorized with a jeweled snake cuff and, of course, her engagement ring from actor John Krasinski.

Enchanted actress Amy, 35, wore an Azzaro cocktail shirred dress with matching cascading diamond earrings.

Saying that she was excited to see her friends who’d present her with the award, Emily admitted that she’d gotten a worried phone call beforehand.

“Amy…called me in a hysterical panic, she didn’t know what she was going to say,” Emily said. “I’ve dared her to say something really inappropriate.” Love them!

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski bundle up at a screening of The Red Shoes in New York City on Tuesday (November 3).

Newly engaged lovebirds Emily, 26, and John, 30, watched the 1948 dance movie, which is listed as one of the British Film Institute’s top ten British films of the past century.

Recently voted the Britannia British Artist of the Year, Emily said her role in the forthcoming The Young Victoria showed her what Queen Victoria managed a life in the spotlight.

“She was constantly under duress,” Emily told Variety. “She was living a life under the glare of the public. I wanted to do her justice, and show the passion and love in her life — show the other side of her life.”

Matt Damon and newly engaged British actress Emily Blunt shoot scenes for their new movie, The Adjustment Bureau, in the West Village neighborhood of New York City on Monday morning (October 5).

Looks like Tim Robbins was in the area and decided to stop and chat with Matt for a bit!

The Adjustment Bureau tells the story of an affair between a politician (Damon) and a ballerina (Blunt) that is affected by mysterious forces keeping the lovers apart.

The Office star John Krasinski and actress Emily Blunt announced their engagement about a month ago but details about it have been scarce — until now!

Emily tells MTV, “All I can say is that there were flutes playing in the background, butterflies, there were angels showering us with rainbow drops.”

As for when the wedding will be, Emily shared, “”We don’t know. We actually aren’t sure yet. We’re being uselessly unplanned about this. But I promise you will be the first to know. You will know before my mother.”

Though it might be awhile ’till Krasinski’s real-life wedding, his on-screen one is next week! Pam and Jim will tie the knot on The Office this Thursday (October 8) @ 9PM ET/PT on NBC.

Oliver Blunt, the father of the 26-year-old British actress, couldn’t be more proud of his daughter getting engaged to The Office’s John Krasinski.

Oliver told UK’s Daily Express newspaper, “We are very happy for her. He is a lovely guy, very bright and a great companion for Emily. We have met him, of course – he was here to support Emily at the premiere of Young Victoria.”

Newly engaged couple John Krasinski and Emily Blunt apparently want a short engagement.

“They’ve told their friends and family that this isn’t going to be a long engagement,” a source tells In Touch. “They have to schedule [the wedding] pretty tightly around his work on The Office. He only gets two breaks a year from shooting — at Christmas and in late March. Emily’s going full speed into wedding planning mode. She’s interested in starting a family, so there’s really not a lot of time to waste sitting around.”

John, 29, and his 26-year-old British fiancée are reportedly hoping to tie the knot in his hometown of Boston before the end of the year. Bound to get her wedding invite is Emily’s The Devil Wears Prada co-star Anne Hathaway, who actually set the couple up last November.

“Anne is thrilled,” says the source. “She has been a huge cheerleader of John and Emily’s relationship.”

John Krasinski will tie the knot with girlfriend Emily Blunt, his rep confirms to JustJared.com.

“We can confirm that John and Emily are engaged,” says the rep.

The Office star, 29, and British actress, 26, have been dating since November 2008 but continue to stay mum about their relationship. Engaged after less than a year of dating!
