Emmy Rossum arrives at the opening of the 3.1 Phillip Lim Los Angeles store on Thursday in West Hollywood.

The 21-year-old singer/actress wore 3.1 Phillip Lim’s Siamese Fish dress.

The 5,000-square-foot 3.1 Phillip Lim boutique on Robertson Boulevard will be the Orange County native’s third store. It’ll carry 90% of the men’s and women’s lines. Last year, Lim picked up an Emerging Talent award from the Council of Fashion Designers of America.

Emmy Rossum (in Dior) looks dazzling at the third annual Loveday celebration and Cartier Love Charity Bracelet launch held at a private residence on Wednesday in Los Angeles.

The new LOVECHARITY bracelet features interlocking miniature LOVE bracelets in 18K white gold and 18K rose gold; both bracelets are graced with the word LOVE and set into a knotted silk cord available in various colors, with each cord designating support of a unique cause.

Cartier chose a music theme for this year’s LOVE celebration. Emmy Rossum’s pink bracelet supports Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

A playlist featuring each new LOVECHARITY ambassador’s favorite love song will also be available for free download at love.cartier.com starting Thursday.

Emmy Rossum, in J&Company’s turquoise Beverly jean, walks around on the Upper East Side of New York City with two cups of coffee on a rainy Tuesday.

The 21-year-old Dragonball star just shared her “Rainy Day Playlist” on her MySpace. Here’s what she wrote:

“I love the rain. I have always loved the rain, since I was very very young. I love everything about it. The way it sounds, the way it dribbles down the window panes, the way it slows everything down. It’s raining today in New York City, and I’m walking down Lexington Avenue, with no umbrella. Bright yellow taxis with their wipers going are silhouetted against the gray concrete of the city. There’s something very poetic and peaceful about rain in a city. It somehow unites everyone, as they walk outside, putting their hoods up and their heads down and braving the weather together. It also gives us an excuse to do not much of anything, besides curl up to a cup of tea… which is always nice for a change. Everyone seems to have their own soundtrack, so I turn up my iPod and watch as sneakered toes cross the puddles in the street. I thought I’d let you into what’s on my rainy day play list:

Here’s the first clear (possibly) official photo of Justin Chatwin as anime hero Goku from the upcoming Dragonball live-action film.

Also pictured: Emmy Rossum as Bulma, whose father’s Dragon Ball is stolen by Piccolo (James Marsters).

Jamie Chung of Real World: San Diego fame is also pictured below. She plays Chi Chi, the lifelong love interest of Goku.

Dragonball has the tentative release date of April 8, 2009.

Emmy Rossum just wrote about being “On The Road Again” on her MySpace page. Here’s an excerpt:

“The east coast is gorgeous and blooming right now in springtime and it was great to be home for the week. New York is the ultimate city where art, glamour, culture and compassion come together in a really unique way… but maybe I’m somewhat partial to NYC as its my hometown!! Nonetheless, it never loses its energy and beauty. If you haven’t ever been to ‘the big apple’, try to go in the last week in April or the first week in May when the tulips line Park Avenue and the cherry blossoms are out in full force in Central Park… and everyone just seems happy. There is a Jasper Johns show now at the Metropolitan Museum of Art that is pretty cool, as well as the Costume Institute Heroes exhibit this month–both definitely worth seeing.”

This past Monday, Emmy wore and was a guest of Phi at Metropolitan Museum’s Costume Institute Gala in NYC. Last week, the 21-year-old singer/actress attended the 15th Annual Race to Erase MS Gala in Century City, Calif. She wore a Tommy Hilfigger dress, Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, Swarovski clutch, Chopard earrings, and Nancy Davis to Erase MS orange and silver bangles.

Emmy Rossum wows in another Herve LeRoux number at the launch of the LG Electronics Scarlet HD TV Series held at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood on Monday.

The 21-year-old former Phantom of the Opera actress accessorized with Manolo shoes, a Tod’s clutch and bangle.

Earlier in the day, Emmy and her pet pooch spent time shopping at the Harmony Lane boutique in Beverly Hills.
