Lost stars and lovebirds Evangeline Lilly and Dominic Monaghan enjoy Las Vegas together on Friday night (July 10) with Dominic’s parents, Maureen and Austin.
The couple, who had a very public break-up in 2007, has kept a low-profile since getting back together in 2008. Evangeline, 29, and Dominic, 32, treated his parents to see Cirque du Soleil’s The Beatles Love followed by cocktails at The Beatles Revolution Lounge at the Mirage.

Lost star Evangeline Lilly takes the June 2009 cover of Women’s Health.
When asked which Hollywood A-lister she admires, Evangeline chose Angelina Jolie. She shared, “No one knows that woman; she’s a complete ice queen, which is perfect. Why should she be any more? She doesn’t owe us anything.”
She added, “[The Lost producers] have seen that I haven’t picked up on the opportunity to become a big movie star. It frustrates [them] that they’ve given me this chance to become the next Angelina… Sure, I’d love to be her, but just the humanitarian side.”
Evangeline also didn’t divulge any information on the status of her relationship with former costar Dominic Monaghan “If I were to tell you that Sandra Miggum and Henry Pickett are dating, would you ever care? They’re completely fictional, so you don’t know them,” she says. “Well, people don’t know us. So why should they care?”

Evangeline Lilly attends the Vengeance premiere on Sunday (May 17) and the Looking for Eric premiere on Monday (May 18) both held at the Palais Des Festivals during the 2009 Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.
At the Looking for Eric premiere, the 29-year-old Lost actress wore a stunning teal Valentino dress with a Ferragamo clutch.
Recently, it was announced that Evangeline, Freida Pinto, and Elizabeth Banks will join Dutch model Doutzen Kroes and Tunisian model Afef Jnifen (also pictured below) as official spokespersons for French cosmetics company L’Oreal.

“LOST” IN TIME
Costars Matthew Fox and Evangeline Lilly chat up season 5 of Lost in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly.
“I was a little worried about the start of the season, to be honest,” says Evangeline (Kate). “It might sound terrible to say, but the mythology of this show eludes me. I am all about the characters and the interplay of the relationships and the angst of redemption and retri bution—all those good nuggets. So, in my biased view, I’ve been running around tell ing the world: ‘Be patient! It’s just the first half of the season! We’ll come back!’”
Foxy has another, more optimistic take. “It feels very different from what Lost has felt like in the past, but in a really good way,” says the actor. “There will be many, many answers, lots of things from past seasons that left the audience thinking, ‘That’s never going to pay off’—but it does, in really cool ways that make you go ‘Holy s—!’ The season has a real feeling of things coming together, and it builds a groundswell of momentum for the end of the show.”

On her attitude to fame: “I deny that I am Evangeline Lilly…it’s terrible to admit but I don’t care….I wasn’t ready for any of this.”

On the tabloids: “To this day I’m engaged every summer….you can’t give an inch because they’ll take a mile. I don’t have any investment in needing to be the next megastar.”
On doing her own hair and makeup: “I decided I’m just gonna be me and if people don’t like that, OK.”
On when Kate first sees Sawyer: “There’s almost a feeling of seeing a ghost. I really believe she thought he was dead.”

After a summer away, Evangeline Lilly returns to Hawaii to start filming the fourth season of ABC’s hit drama Lost (she’s been taping night sequences for the show).
Wearing an embroidered cotton sundress, Evangeline, 28, laid out on the beach with a gal pal on Sunday in Oahu, Hawaii.

A fire may have destroyed the Kailua home rented by Lost’s Evangeline Lilly, but it certainly hasn’t crushed her spirits.
