What The Deuce Are You Staring At!?!

I’m gonna mix it up a bit.
Just because they aren’t actual people doesn’t mean they aren’t celebrities in my book! The main cast of the Fox hit animated TV series Family Guy is being honored at the Museum of Television & Radio in Los Angeles from November 9th, 2006 to January 21, 2007.

Several artists have contributed work towards the exhibit entitled, What The Deuce Are You Staring At!?! A Collection of Interpretive Work Inspired by Family Guy. It is being hailed as the first pop surrealist exhibition starring a TV series.

The following works of art are on display:

  • “Giggity!” by Rik Catlow
  • “Wait A Second” by Greg “Craola” Simkins
  • “A Possessed Peter Finds The Magic Marigold” by Ryan Bubnis
  • “Luke Chueh Versus The Family Guy–Brian Griffin” by Luke Chueh
  • “Cookie Quest” by Joel Trussell
  • “Shriner Stewie” by Kathie Olivas
  • “Dial 91″ by Spencer Laudiero

If I were in LA I’d totally check this out. Anybody seen this already? What do you think?
