Josh Duhamel and Fergie had dinner together at Atlanta restaurant Chops on Tuesday, and People has a photo of the couple together looking anything but distant.

Despite rumors of infidelity with a stripper in an Atlanta hotel, Josh and Fergie looked happy and as close as ever at their dinner out. “”they were snuggling up a little bit,” Chops manager Kevin Brown said.

The couple married in January of 2009. Josh’s rep called the allegations “absolutely ridiculous.”

On her husband Josh Duhamel’s reaction to her gaining weight for her role in Nine: “When I came home from filming he was excited. He enjoys having both: the extra meat to grab when it’s there and the tight stomach when that’s there…he’s never been critical.”

Despite claims of infidelity and relations with an adult entertainer, Josh Duhamel and wife Fergie had a date night out in Atlanta on Tuesday (November 3).

According to People, Fergie and Josh ate at Chops restaurant and had lobster, steak and Chardonnay. “They were sitting next to each other in a booth side by side and talking closely,” Chops manager Kevin Brown said.

When the couple was offered a more private area to eat, Fergie insisted on staying out in the open, saying, “I want to sit out where the action is.”

Both Fergie and Josh’s camps deny claims of infidelity. “This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity,” Josh’s rep said, adding that the story was “absolutely ridiculous.”

Fergie cuts a sexy figure as iconic Egyptian queen Cleopatra during a Halloween party at NYC hotspot Avenue on Saturday night (October 31).

The 34-year-old Black Eyed Peas frontwoman was accompanied by Aussie singing sensation Kylie Minogue, who recently wrapped touring in North America. Not sure on her costume but Kylie did her own make-up!

Other pictures include Fergie catching a departing flight out of LaGuardia airport in Queens, New York earlier today (November 2).

Fergie struts her stuff at the Avon Foundation for Women Gala in New York City on Tuesday (October 27).

The 34-year-old Glamorous singer, who wore a gown by Valentino and Bulgari accessories, shared her experience making her own fragrance with JustJared.com:

“I learned a lot, just collaborating with these women and about the different notes and which ones linger, which ones don’t. They actually made me candles ’cause I wasn’t sure ’til the very end, so they made me candles,” Fergie shared.

“So in each room, I would put candles in my house, wait 20 minutes and then walk into the room and I would get the essence of it. [Avon] really went all-out for me.”

Fergie also said that if hottie husband Josh Duhamel had his own scent, “he would smell like perfection!”

As for what her mystery fragrance is called, she was excited but couldn’t say much!

“I’m dying. I’ve been working on this for over a year and I’ve had to keep my big mouth shut, so I’m really excited. I wish I could tell you right now!”

Fergie sports extreme extensions at The Bank nightclub inside Las Vegas’ Bellagio Hotel on Friday (October 23).

At the BEP’s official after party, the 34-year-old Black Eyed Peas leading lady donned a pair of trendy thigh-high boots.

Working with Avon to create a perfume to debut in August of next year, Fergie will developing the fragrance and help choose the name, packaging and ad campaign.

Fergie Ferg will start work with Avon this month, performing at the company’s Foundation for Women Annual Gala Event on Tuesday in New York.

Fergie keeps her hat on while shooting her first fragrance ad campaign with renowned photographer Mario Sorrenti.

Avon recently announced its partnership with Fergie, who is developing a to-be-named fragrance launching in late 2010.

Fergie is set to perform in support of Avon’s charitable efforts on October 27th at the upcoming Avon Foundation for Women Annual Gala Event in New York City.

“As Fergie’s agents, we had one mandate for her own signature fragrance line, and that was to find an innovative gold standard beauty brand that understands her as an artist, but also understands her philanthropic side as well. There was no better beauty player in the world who fit the bill than Avon,” said Sean Patterson, President of Wilhelmina, fashion and beauty agent for Fergie.
