Here are the lyrics to Fergie’s new song “Labels or Love,” the new Sex and the City movie theme song. You can listen to it here. It’s a hot-hot-hot track!!!

“I grew up watching Sex and the City and I know a lot of my girlfriends did as well,” says Fergie. “We felt like these characters were our friends, so to be a part of this project has been amazing.”

But her real wish is to create a music video for this song! Adds Fergie, “‘I would die to do a video with the girls.”

“Labels or Love” will be included in the film, out May 30, and in the Sex and the City: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, out May 27.

Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson and fiance Josh Duhamel dine out at New York’s Waverly Inn on Monday.

They were joined at the popular eatery by one of her agents, Sean Patterson (President of Wilhelmina Models).

Last week, it was revealed that Fergie recorded the opening number to the Sex and the City movie.

Josh is currently filming When in Rome, alongside Kristen Bell (Forgetting Sarah Marshall), Will Arnett (Arrested Development), and Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite).

Fergie, aka Stacy Ann Ferguson, walks along Rodeo Drive with Sean Patterson, President of Wilhelmina Models, in Los Angeles on Thursday. The pair was seen walking to a luxury boutique hotel, Luxe Hotel Sunset Boulevard.

You may be familiar with Patterson from VH1’s reality show, The Agency, about Wilhelmina Models Agency.

In other Fergie-related news, Sex and the City director Michael Patrick King tells EW that Fergie just recorded the film’s opening number. “It’s called ‘Labels & Love,’ ” he says. “It’s an entirely new song with lyrics, but it has the Sex and the City theme as the DNA — on steroids.”

American Idol alum Jennifer Hudson, who plays Carrie’s assistant, will also belt out the ballad “All Dressed Up in Love”, which plays during the end credits.

Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson attends ASCAP’s 25th Annual Pop Music Awards at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood on Wednesday.

Fergie’s hit “Big Girls Don’t Cry” and Gwen Stefani’s “The Sweet Escape” tied for song of the year.

“To get any honor in that room is something very special,” she said. “Songwriting is an expression of your soul, so to be honored as a writer feels like an approval of your soul.”

Fergie, 33, was also at Idol Gives Back and sang with Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart.

Fergie shows off her lovely lady lumps during the taping of the American Idol special, Idol Gives Back, at the Kodak Theatre on Sunday in Hollywood.

The 33-year-old singer, who’s currently engaged to Las Vegas hottie Josh Duhamel, performed with Ann Wilson (lead singer and flute player of Heart ) and Ann’s younger sister, guitarist Nancy Wilson. She also performs another song with John Legend.

Fergie Ferg’s performance will air on this Wednesday, April 9 @ 7:30-10:00 PM ET/PT on FOX. During her song, Fergie does some sort of one-handed cartwheel/flip. Hope that it makes the final cut!
