The 24-year-old French actor is best known for playing Hannibal “the Cannibal” Lecter in 2007’s Hannibal Rising.

Gaspard’s latest film, The Vintner’s Luck, has been generating buzz in Cannes. The film, which is not finished yet, is directed by Niki Caro who also directed the critically acclaimed movie, The Whale Rider.

The Vinter’s Luck is about a peasant winemaker who is visited by an angel once a year.

Hannibal Rising star Gaspard Ulliel and his girlfriend, design-student-turned-model Jordane Crantelle, pass through Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle International Airport on Tuesday (April 14).

Other pictures include the 24-year-old French actor last month at the Chanel Ready-to-Wear A/W 2009 fashion show during Paris Fashion Week at Grand Palais on in Paris, France.

French star Gaspard Ulliel attends the premiere of Brad Pitt’s latest movie, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, at the Cinema Gaumont Marignan in Paris, France on Thursday (January 22).

The 24-year-old actor, who has been in films like Hannibal Rising and Paris, I Love You, can next be seen in the film, Inside Ring (Le Premier Cercle). The thriller opens in French theaters everywhere on Wednesday March 11. Jean Reno also stars.

Here are the latest Fall 2008 print ads for Longchamp featuring French actor Gaspard Ulliel and British supermodel Kate Moss.

Kate, 34, has been the spokesmodel for the French luxury goods company since 2006.

Gaspard’s latest movie, La troisieme partie du Monde (The Third Part Of The World) is currently shown now in theaters in France.

French film hottie Gaspard Ulliel, who recently played Hannibal Lecter in Hannibal Rising, will star in the Eric Forestie-directed film La Troisième Partie du Monde (The Third Part of the World). Also starring in the film is Clémence Poésy, who played talented witch Fleur Delacour in the Harry Potter films.

These pictures were taken during costume changes for the film. Other pictures are from a recent artistic photo shoot. They’re spectacular.

As for his relationship with Cecile Cassel, various French tabloids claim they are no longer seeing each other because Cecile was ready to tie the knot but Gaspard wasn’t.

Sexy French film actor couple Gaspard Ulliel and Cecile Cassel attend the premiere of Spider-Man 3 Friday at the Grand Rex cinema in Paris, France.

Gaspard, 22, is best known for his role as Hannibal Lecter in 2007’s Hannibal Rising. Cecile, 24, has starred in numerous French films.

Cecile is the sister of one of France’s biggest stars, Vincent Cassel and the half sister-in-law of Monica Bellucci (read: Bellucci’s husband’s sister).

Cecile’s father, actor Jean-Pierre Cassel, unfortunately passed away on April 19 at the age of 74. A funeral was held at St. Eustache Church in Paris, France on April 26.

Co-stars Gong Li and Gaspard Ulliel premiered their new film Hannibal Rising last night at NYC’s AMC Loews Lincoln Center Theater. Hannibal Rising opens next Friday, Feb. 9 and is directed by Peter Webber (Girl with a Pearl Earring, pictured below).

Said Peter at the premiere: “I was lucky to work with a producer who wasn’t forcing me to work with big Hollywood names. It’s a movie that’s set in Europe. It’s very much the European instalment of the Lecter myth. We start in Lithuania, we go to Paris and it just seemed to make sense to do it with European actors to give it that breath of reality. I saw an awful lot of people, you know, I saw some well-known actors in America, some lesser-known actors in Britain, but in the end, there was something very singular about Gaspard.
