George Clooney’s longtime squeeze Sarah Larson opens up in the upcoming issue of Harper’s Bazaar, out May 20. Here’s what the “waitress turned reality show star turned model” had to say about her relationship with the Sexiest Man Alive:
On first meeting George about four years ago while working at a Las Vegas resort, when she was attached to someone else: “We were hanging out and dancing and being goofballs. Nothing crazy. We talked, that’s it.”
On things getting serious in June of 2007 when they ran into each other at the premiere of Ocean’s Thirteen: “I got texts, and we just started talking. George is funny and sweet, and he’s good to be around. I see him as a normal person, like anyone else. He just happens to have a well-known face.”
On watching marathons of Rock of Love with Bret Michaels while recovering from their motorcycle accident last September: “We caught ourselves rooting for someone or getting frustrated. And we were like, ‘This is sad.’”

George Clooney and his girlfriend Sarah Larson leave their hotel to celebrate his 47th birthday over dinner.
Last week, George was reportedly seen getting friendly with David and Victoria Beckham during a flight on Giorgio Armani’s private jet.
George and Sarah arrived in New York on Sunday night for the gala opening at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

George Clooney and girlfriend Sarah Larson arrive in New York on Sunday night, one day ahead of Monday night’s gala opening at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The Costume Institute at The Metropolitan Museum of Art explores the symbolic and metaphorical associations between fictional characters and fashion in Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy.
To celebrate the opening of the exhibition, the Gala Benefit takes place on Monday. Giorgio Armani serves as Honorary Chair of the Gala. Co-Chairs are actor George Clooney; actress Julia Roberts; and Anna Wintour, Editor-in-Chief of Vogue.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were ranked No. 21 on TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People.
George Clooney wrote the article explaining how and why Brad and Angelina were deserving of the honor.
“As a team, actors Brad Pitt, 44, and Angelina Jolie, 32, have served as our goodwill ambassadors worldwide. They brought help to Pakistan in 2005, after a catastrophic earthquake killed tens of thousands of people and left millions homeless. They have tended to the poor and sick in Africa. And they’ve raised global awareness—and contributed $1 million of their own money—for the victims of atrocities in Darfur. Brad co-founded Not on Our Watch, an organization set up to focus global attention on Darfur and other hot spots.
Angelina has worked tirelessly through the United Nations on behalf of refugees around the world, touring border camps in Africa, Asia and Latin America and lobbying on Capitol Hill. The couple cares for three adopted children, from Cambodia, Ethiopia and Vietnam, in addition to their biological daughter.”

George Clooney leaves Dan Tana’s Italian restaurant in Hollywood on Friday.
George, stopped to speak to fans and sign autographs on his way to his car.
The 46-year-old veteran actor will be seen alongside pal Brad Pitt in their upcoming movie Burn After Reading. The plot will focus on the world of the CIA, physical fitness in Washington, D.C., and internet dating. A disk containing the memoirs of a CIA agent ends up in the hands of two unscrupulous gym employees who attempt to sell it.
Burn After Reading is scheduled to be released September 18.

Former cocktail waitress Sarah Larson has much to rave out after snagging one of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors.
Larson, 28, spills the beans on her relationship with George Clooney, 46, to Las Vegas Review Journal.
On how she met Clooney: “It was on his birthday three or four years ago at Whiskey at [Vegas’] Green Valley Ranch. I was with some friends. We were all dancing, taking pictures, being silly.”
On the Leatherheads star being supportive of her modeling career: “Your boyfriend better be. If they aren’t, you gotta kick ‘em in the butt and walk away.”
