Halle Berry presents an award to Things We Lost in the Fire costar Benicio Del Toro at ACLU’s 2007 Bill of Rights Dinner at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel on Monday in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Each year, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Southern California celebrates the anniversary of the Bill of Rights by paying tribute to individuals who help preserve civil liberties and civil rights. Actor, producer and director Benicio Del Toro picked up the Bill of Rights Award.

Halle Berry, about six months pregnant, is all smiles as she drops by a friend’s house Monday morning in Santa Monica, Cali.

“I’ve loved every moment of pregnancy,” Halle recently said. “Morning sickness, hot sweats, whoopsing, everything.”

The 41-year-old maternity chic actress looked incredibly stylish in a pair of maternity jeans and a paisley top. And she’s still wearing heels!

Halle seemed to be holding a sheet with a costume design sketch and a fabric swatch. Designing her baby’s nursery, perhaps?

Maternity chic Halle Berry helps Roberto Cavalli celebrate the launch of his H&M collection Thursday in Rome, Italy. Of course she wore a Cavalli gown!

The 66-year-old Italian fashion designer was also accompanied by his wife, Eva Cavalli. The Roberto Cavalli collection goes on sale Nov. 8 at only 200 of the 1,400 or so H&M outlets around the world. And only 10 stores in the United States!

Halle Berry arrives fashionably pregnant at the UK premiere of Things We Lost In The Fire on Wednesday.

The premiere was held during the 2007 London Film Festival at London’s Odeon West End.

The back of Halle’s cobalt Versace gown is just as gorgeous as the front! She also wore gold Amrapali of Jaipur jewelry.

Halle Berry apologized last night after she made an anti-Semitic joke while taping The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Friday afternoon.

An audience member told Page Six, Halle was showing photos of herself when she said, “Here’s where I look like my Jewish cousin!” and showed a shot of herself with a huge nose.

Halle said, “I so didn’t mean to offend anybody - and after the show I realized it could be seen as offensive, so I asked Jay to take it out, and he did. What happened was I was backstage before the show and I have three girls who are Jewish who work for me. We were going through pictures to see which ones looked silly, and one of my Jewish friends said [of the picture], ‘That could be your Jewish cousin!’ And I guess it was fresh in my mind, and it just came out of my mouth. But I didn’t mean to offend anybody.”
