“Hey everyone! I’m in Vancouver right now filming a movie for Fox called, I Love You Beth Cooper. I’m having a blast filming and everyone is so nice. Chris Columbus is a wonderful director and one of my favorites so far. It’s very cool because I get to work with a lot of young people in this film and because it’s a comedy we get to be goofy all the time! I’m very excited to get back to Heroes in May and see all my cast mates. I also just received the script for episode one and let me tell you, it’s great! Heroes is back to the action and adventure that went on in the first season and even the first episode is packed with cliff hangers and lots of cool stuff! Hope all is well, thanks for checking out the site! Hayden”

Let me clarify for Hayden. She wants to see all of her castmates, including boyfriend Milo Ventmiglia!

The film tells of a nerdy valedictorian going all out during a high-school graduation speech and declaring his love for the popular cheerleader in his class.

In other news, Hayden will be attending the White House Press Correspondents Association Dinner on April 26. The 18-year-old actress will join The Hills‘ Lauren Conrad, Pamela Anderson, Ben Affleck, Eric Dane, Tim Daly and Marcia Cross.

Heroes hottie Hayden Panettiere has been enlisted to star in Fox Atomic’s silver screen adaptation of the novel Naomi and Ely’s No Kiss List, according to Variety.

Published last year by Knopf, Naomi and Ely’s No Kiss List takes place in Manhattan, where Naomi and her gay best friend Ely protect their soulmate friendship by creating a list of people deemed off limits for smooching. Their friendship is imperiled when Ely kisses Naomi’s boyfriend.

Dun dun dun.

After making a quick appearance at the Kids’ Choice Awards, Hayden Panettiere was honored at the 2008 Genesis Awards on Saturday night in Beverly Hills. (The event was produced by The Hollywood Office of the Humane Society of the United States.)

The Genesis Awards honors the news and entertainment media for showcasing animal protection issues. Hayden was honored with The Wyler Award for drawing worldwide attention to the cruelty of Japan’s whale and dolphin slaughter. The award, given to a celebrity who has made news on behalf of animals, is named after Genesis Awards founder Gretchen Wyler, the former Broadway headliner and animal activist, who died last year.

Said Beverly Kaskey, Senior Director of The Hollywood Office of The Humane Society of the United States: “We feel Hayden is a very worthy successor to Sir Paul McCartney, last year’s Wyler Award recipient. She’s an inspiring example to her generation, using her compassion, courage and celebrity to help animals in a very effective way.”

Hayden Panettiere opened up to UK’s Titan Magazine about what her fellow Heroes costars are like. Here’s what she had to say:

“Adrian [Pasdar], we’ve always said, is like the big brother. He always wants to take you here, take you there – he’s the leader when [cast-members are on tour together]. Greg [Grunberg] is a goofball, Milo [Ventimiglia] is more of a flirt, Sendhil [Ramamurthy] and Masi [Oka] are great. Ali [Larter] and I are girls, we stick together. Jack Coleman I’m very close to. I get to work with him a lot, and he’s so much fun. He’s so funny and he’s such a bright man. It’s fun to be around somebody like that who is bright, but funny at the same time. Zach [Quinto], who plays Sylar, is funny as anything, and he’s a good friend, too. And Ashley Crow, who plays my mom – they all have their own personalities, and it’s a hoot when we get together.

“Everyone has a crush on either Milo or Sendhil, but then I look at Greg and Adrian and Masi, and I see that everyone has crushes on them, too. We have a cast full of heartthrobs, what can I say? It’s not only a large cast, but it’s a large cast of really good actors. When you’re around such good actors, you want to bring yourself up to their level and strive to do your best. At the same time, in this show, we don’t always get the chance to work with each other, so it’s almost like showing off every time you get to work with [any cast-mate]. You’re so excited, because it’s like, ‘Ooh, I’ve got to be really good, because I’m working with so-and-so today.’”

Everybody has a crush on Milo–but only Hayden is lucky enough to be able to act on it!
