The 19-year-old Heroes hottie wore a cream strapless cocktail dress with seafoam green beaded leather overlay by Christian Cota. She accessorized with Van Cleef & Arpels jewel, anude Christian Louboutin peep-toes and a Rene Caovilla clutch.

Hayden and fellow underage actress Alexis Dziena (pictured inside) sipped water at the Belvedere Vodka-sponsored event.

In the August 2009 issue of Details magazine, Hayden Panettiere opens up about her paparazzi paranoia, having a high profile personal life and getting beat up in middle school. Check it:

On being different: “It wasn’t like I suddenly started feeling different. I always knew that I was. I never felt I missed out – in fact, it was like, ‘Oh, thank God I’m not that.”

On being bullied in junior high school: “I was tortured, emotionally tortured by these girls. Every time I came back from filming, it would be me trying to find my way back into the clique. And they weren’t having it.”

Hayden’s new teen comedy, I Love You, Beth Cooper, is in theaters TOMORROW, July 10.

Hayden Panettiere heads out of her hotel to promote her upcoming movie I Love You, Beth Cooper at the Live with Regis and Kelly show in New York City on Wednesday (July 8).

The 19-year-old Heroes hottie stepped out in a Zac Posen beaded skirt and top, along with a Nancy Gonzalez clutch, Christian Louboutin shoes and a Sterling Silver Leaf Cuff by Joan Hornig.

Hayden has been on a whirlwind promotional tour for the film, with much attention going to her scene where she bares her back. Last night, she was at the AMC Lincoln Square for the New York City premiere.

Hayden Panettiere is true blue in the August 2009 issue of Lucky magazine, which hits stands TOMORROW (July 7).

At barely over five feet tall, 19-year-old Heroes actress is mastering the art of dressing for her height while still pulling off a playful-yet-sophisticated look.

“There are all these little tricks that make such a difference,” she says. “Like being conscious of when a shoe cuts me off at the ankle so it doesn’t shorten my legs.”

When asked about the pink 3.1 Phillip Lim dress she’s wearing on the cover, Hayden said, “How can you not love this color? It just makes me happy. The shape is conservative, but the shade is totally fun.”
