Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt soak up the attention in another photo shoot at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on Monday.

The Hills couple dressed in co-ordinating baseball outfits and happily posed for photos for fans. When the LA Dodgers beat the Cincinnati Reds, Heidi and Spencer celebrated with a kiss.

MSNBC proposes the Speidi is a phenomenon that can only be explained by calling them a “zombie fame cult.”

“Obviously, the phoniness is a major part of the act. They love it when people trash them, call them all sorts of names, make fun of their many talents. They want us to think they’re delusional, but actually they think WE’RE delusional because the more vapid they act the more publicity they get,” said Michael Ventre of MSNBC.

“We’re entertainers. We are trying to entertain in every aspect of our lives. Whether it’s on the show or in the tabloids,” Heidi recently told the LA Times.

The Hills feminist hero Heidi Montag indulges in some pre-Mothers Day shopping with her mom, Darlene, in Beverly Hills on Friday.

The mother-daughter duo dropped some major change at Chanel, Hermes, Ralph Lauren and Brooks Brothers. And on the day of Mother’s day, the pair posed for photographs with Heidi’s boyfriend Spencer Pratt.

In their most ridiculous photo shoot yet, The Hills‘ resident evil couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt treat Heidi’s mother to a special Mother’s Day on Sunday in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Heidi’s mother, Darlene, was in town for Mother’s Day weekend, visiting from Colorado.

Speidi greeted her with a bouquet of a dozen red roses and a giant-sized Mother’s Day card before whisking her away for a fabulous brunch at the Beverly Wilshire hotel.

The Hills has definitely been renewed for a fourth season, reports Us Weekly. (In Touch reported this back in December.)

“They just started shooting,” an insider says. “The fourth season will be about what they ended up doing this summer. Lauren [Conrad] and Whitney [Port] will still be working at People’s Revolution.”

The finale for the current season of The Hills airs this Monday, May 12. The new season will premiere in August with 19 new episodes.

Speaking with Dave, Heidi explained her feud with Lauren Conrad started because, “Originally, she loved my boyfriend [Spencer]. She was, ‘He’s great, I want my dad to meet him. He’s exactly what my dad wants.’ And then the next day on camera, she’s like, ‘If you’re not broken up with him, we can’t be friends anymore.’ And I was like, ‘What? What’ When did this all happen?’

And she had a boyfriend I disliked for two years but it’s not really my business to be like, ‘I like your boyfriend or not.’ I’m a friend and I was there for her. And then we stopped being friends and then all of a sudden, she had this sex tape that was coming out.

The sex tape is of [her ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler], who was on the show. I tried to help her get it back for a year. I told her, ‘You gotta get it back! You gotta do something about this!’ And then all of a sudden he was coming out with it and she didn’t know what to do. And the next thing I know, it’s blamed on me that I made up the sex tape! I’m like, ‘I didn’t film it. I didn’t do it. I’m not trying to sell it. How did it come down on me?’

I think [Lauren] should focus on her own life and try to get her own boyfriend. (audience applauds)”
