Not that we really needed confirmation but The Hills star Heidi Montag confirms in the new issue of Us Weekly that she’s had plastic surgery — rhinoplasty and breast augmentation (32-A to a 32-C). Here’s what the 21-year-old aspiring singer had to say about going under the knife:

On why she had the surgeries: “I’ve always been very insecure about my body. My whole life, I looked at my chest and was like, OK, they’re going to grow. This is my year! And it never happened. I was less than an A-cup. I wore pushup bras, which cut into my skin. If I was with a guy and there was a girl next to me with big boobs, I would be like, Oh, my God, he’s looking at her! On the beach, if I was standing next to a girl with big boobs, I’d be like, I hate her! I hated my nose too. I have my dad’s nose, which is huge. It took up so much of my face, when I looked down, I could see my nose. I couldn’t get away from it!”

On a lot of people believing Spencer pressured her into surgery, since he’s made his love of Playboy bunnies known: “He had nothing to do with it. If anything, he said, ‘maybe you should think about it a lot longer’.”

On the day of ­surgery, April 2: “I woke up, and it was like Christmas: I was a nervous wreck, but I was just so excited at the same time. Spencer said, “I’m so proud of you.” It was like he was wishing me well off to school: “Love you! Bye!” But surgery is a very big deal. Right before I went in, I was like, What if I don’t wake up? Oh, this is scary. Then I thought, I don’t care. If I don’t wake up, it’s worth it. I just wanted it so badly.”

The very first of Heidi’s plastic surgery popped up April 25th.

Heidi Montag celebrates her 21st birthday by performing her new single “Higher” on Saturday night followed by a party at LAX nightclub at the Luxor hotel in Las Vegas (the same day that nemesis Lauren Conrad launched her fashion collection online).

The Hills star and her boyfriend manager Spencer Pratt had a dinner with friends including at Sin City’s Social House inside the Treasure Island hotel before the big performance. Earlier in the day, Spencer was seen wearing a “Team Heidi” t-shirt.

On Friday, Heidi and Spencer took romantic trip on a gondola at the Venetian Hotel.

Heidi Montag goes wedding dress with pal Jen Bunney in Beverly Hills over the weekend. Jen ate lunch with Heidi’s nemesis and co-star Lauren Conrad last week (Jen and Lauren are on-and-off-again best friends).

Heidi and Jen were closely followed by an MTV film crew, as Heidi tried on several wedding dresses at the L’Ezu Atelier Bridal Boutique.

The Hills star recently got engaged to co-star Spencer Pratt and is set to drop a pop album later this year.

Limelight lover Heidi Montag proudly plays up this week’s Us Weekly cover feature “How Spencer Tricked Heidi“ by wearing an “I Got Tricked” t-shirt while out and about in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Is fiance Spencer Pratt’s larger-than-life personality all an act? Meanwhile, The Hills will be alive with the sound of music as Heidi prepares launching her music career. Will the ‘leaked’ single “Body Language” be Heidi’s first single or will another track really be released in its place?

Fans called in giving it rave reviews!!!

And guess who makes a guest appearance on the track rapping?? That’s right, fiance Spencer Pratt breaks it down rap-style on “Body Language.”

“It’s very dance, urban, rhythmical,” Heidi has said. “It’s kind of it’s own genre. It’s very upbeat, very uptempo. I really love a lot of rap and urban music too, so I’m bringing a lot of those elements in. It’s just a really fun dance vibe at the same time.”

Asked KIIS FM co-host Ellen K, “Is she the new Britney?” Is she?????

UPDATE: This release was apparently a mistake! “We did it as a joke,” Spencer tells People. “It’s not her single at all. It was never meant to be heard by anyone but us. Over my dead body would I rap on Heidi’s first single. Heidi is so upset because this was not the first sound she wanted people to hear from her.”

Heidi Montag and fiance Spencer Pratt leave Koi, a restaurant specializing in Japanese-inspired cuisine with California accents.

After the couple finished dining in West Hollywood, they left the restaurant holding hands. When fans approached them, they happily obliged and posed for photos with fans as they left the eatery.

A satisfying day for Heidi and Spencer’s stomachs and a satisfying day for their fans.

The third season of The Hills premieres Monday, August 13 at 10 PM ET.
