Hilary Duff Goes to WAR!

Some new movie stills have been released of tween queen Hilary Duff on the set of her new movie, War, Inc. co-starring John Cusack and Marisa Tomei (both pictured above).

Hilary, 19, filmed this movie in Sofia, Bulgaria and will be playing a European pop star, Yonica, who gets caught in an assassin’s scheme in a fictional Middle Eastern country called Turgastan. She even gets to shoot a machine gun in the film!

Said Hilary about War, Inc., “It’s off the wall and nuts and really smart and controversial and really proves the point. And I was so excited about it, like, ‘Gosh, can I do this? I don’t know if I can do this!’ Because you know what, when people won’t take a chance on you, you have like no confidence.”

War, Inc. will be released nationwide later this year.

Teen sensation Hilary Duff shops along London’s Bond Street earlier this week, visiting the Hermes, Apple, and Vivienne Westwood stores.

Hilary picked up a pair of earrings from Hermes, a souped up laptop from Apple and a few designer goodies from the Vivienne Westwood boutique.

Duffster, please toss out that bracelet and belt. Actually, that entire outfit is not doing Hilary any favors!

Hilary Duff’s Feet Explode

Hilary Duff Debuts “Dignity” Album

Hilary Duff spoke out about her upcoming album “Dignity” (due out in April) on KIIS FIM earlier today: “The record is really like a dance record. I did the record when I was having things with my family and was with someone and then not with someone so it is very personal.”

She also talked about why she named the album “Dignity“: “Dignity is something you just don’t have. It’s something that you have to work on. I feel like I have it a little — something that I’ve always had and strive to have.”

Hilary has one more song to record called “Gypsy Woman,” who is, as Hilary described about “someone else.” Nicole Richie, perhaps? (Nicole is dating Hilary’s ex Joel Madden from Good Charlotte.)

After Ryan Seacrest’s incessant nagging, Hilary also admitted to having been on a first date (no second date yet) with her her new squeeze. She said that he’s “not an actor, not a musician.”
