The 29-year-old Canadian actor was spotted on a pre-Valentine’s lunch date at The Chateau Marmont with self-proclaimed Internet pioneer Hilary Rowland, also 29.
A source tells In Touch, “It isn’t a romance yet, but they are friends and they really seem to like each other.”
