Hugh Jackman walks back from the gym on Tuesday in Sydney, Australia with wife Deborra-Lee Furness, the Austalian actress Hugh met on the set of his first acting job, Aussie TV series Corelli. Looks like it’s still chilly in the land down under!

Hugh will reprise his role as the metal-clawed mutant Wolverine, with production set to begin in November for theatrical release in 2008.

Hugh Jackman gives daughter Ava, 2, a shoulder ride as he and wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, and son, Oscar, 7, head out to breakfast at Bill’s Cafe in the Sydney district of Darlinghurst.

The family braved the cold, staying well wrapped-up against the Australian winter as they walked to the cafe for their morning treat on Sunday in Sydney.

It’s been recently reported that Gavin Hood (Tsotsi) is suiting up to direct X-Men spinoff Wolverine. Production for the film is expected to start in the fall with Hugh pulling double duty as the lead character and producer.

Hugh Jackman takes his 7-year-old Oscar to get his hair straighted at MU hair salon in Sydney, Australia on Saturday morning. (Oscar had a head full of curls before.)

Hugh’s wife Deborah Lee Furness and Ava, who turns 2 on Tuesday, also joined in on the fun. The entire family later on got their java fix at coffee shop “The House of Robert Timms”.

Oscar was wearing a cast on his right arm. He broke his it late last month after falling from a tree. And hey look, Oscar’s picking his nose!! (;

The 38-year-old Aussie hunk recently returned from a short trip to Los Angeles.

Earlier this week, Hugh wrapped up filming a six-week shoot for his latest movie Australia in Bowen, Australia. Production for the film will soon move to next location, Darwin, for the next few weeks.

Hugh may also be one of the emcees for Saturday’s Live Earth concert during the 10-hour affair in Sydney.

Hugh Jackman relaxed in some waters off Bowen, Queensland with his two children, Oscar Maximillian and Ava Eliot.

Jackman, 38, helped his son learn to bodyboard in the ocean and then he watched over his daughter as she climbed some rocks nearby. But Jackman wasn’t just dedicated to his adopted children, he also took some time out to play with the children of his co-stars.

Hugh Jackman is currently in Bowen, Queensland filming the epic Australia with Nicole Kidman.

Australia is set in Northern Australia prior to World War II and centers around the reluctant relationship between an English aristocrat (Kidman) and a rough-hewn cattle driver (Jackman). As the two of them lead 2,000 cattle across Australian land, they encounter first-hand the bombing of Darwin, Australia by the same Japanese forces that bombed Pearl Harbor.

There is no release date set for this film as of this time.

Country singer Keith Urban leaves the $130 million set of Australia on his Harley Davidson motorcycle on Friday after visiting his wife, Nicole Kidman, who has been busy filming scenes for director Baz Luhrmann’s forthcoming big-budget outback epic.

Nic has definitely becoming more daring and is living on the edge lately. She insists on doing all the stunts, which is pretty amazing,” said horse trainer Craig Emerton recently.

“Nicole had 750 cattle bearing down on her and with her whip cracking, she’s just performed amazingly. I’ve told her if she wants to quit acting, we can make her into a horse-riding champion.”

Here’s your morning Baz buzz!

Nicole Kidman took her 12-year-old son Connor Cruise to the set of Australia again on Thursday, which is filming in Bowen, Australia. The mother-son pair, along with Hugh Jackman, were spotted riding on horseback and herding cattle.

A relaxed-looking Nic was spotted at Bowen’s Grand View pub on Wednesday night, accompanied by three bodyguards, a personal trainer, her stunt double and Connor. But like any good mom, the star kept Connor outside while grabbing a drink. After only staying 20 minutes, Nic called it a night, signed autographs for fans and headed home.

“Connor was outside with a stuntman from the movie and the horse riders and they watched outside on a projected screen while she watched inside on a plasma,” a spywitness revealed.

Nicole Kidman takes her 12-year-old son Connor Cruise to the set of her forthcoming film Australia on Monday morning, which is filming in Bowen, Australia. The mother-son pair were spotted riding on horseback throughout the day. (Nic took daugher Bella to the set two weeks ago.)

Co-star Hugh Jackman was also spotted filming scenes for the $100 million Baz Luhrmann outback epic.
