Legendary actor Jack Nicholson takes some sunscreen and slathers it on his face while going boating with his children in Cap d Ail, France on Tuesday (August 11).

Check out Jack jumping in the water…looks like he’s flying! Jack still knows how to make a big splash and seems to yell out something. (You can’t handle the truth!)

Reese Witherspoon and Jack Nicholson visit the set of her not-yet-titled James L. Brooks movie in Washington D.C. on Saturday (June 27).

Looks like the entire cast is in good spirits! Owen Wilson and Paul Rudd also round out the cast for her film. The former Joker will play the father to Paul’s character. Last week, Jack was spotted filming outside La Tomate restaurant in D.C.

James and Jack have already teamed up for As Good As It Gets and Terms of Endearment.

Soccer star David Beckham gets in some father-son bonding time with his oldest son, Brooklyn, 9, during Game Three of the 2008 NBA Finals between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics on Tuesday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The Lakers beat the Celtics 87-81.

• Cameron Diaz will receive this year’s 2008 Kids Choice “Wanna Be” Award during the Nickelodeon awards show Saturday night. Cameron is getting the trophy for being the celebrity kids most “want to be.”
• Justin Timberlake has been tapped to host ESPN’s annual ESPY Awards July 20. The show will be broadcast live from the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.
• Broadway musical Rent is getting an extension. Because of increased ticket sales, the show, which was supposed to close June 1, will run until Sept. 7.

Matt Damon kissed his wife on the lips before doing his red-carpet interviews solo. When asked what kind of criminal he would make in real life, Damon replied, “Probably not a very good one. I’d probably just apologize my way out of everything. I’d be pretty useless.”
