Daniel Craig and his longtime love Satsuki Mitchell (in Louis Vuitton) show off their sunkissed glows at the European premiere of his new WWII drama, Defiance, at London’s Odeon Cinema, Leicester Square on Tuesday (January 6) in his native UK.

Defiance is about three Jewish brothers (Craig, Jamie Bell, Liev Schreiber) who escape from Nazi-occupied Poland into the Belarussian forest, where they join Russian resistance fighters and endeavor to build a village in order to protect themselves and others in danger.

At the premiere, the 21-year-old British actor sang praises of his costar Hayden Christensen: “I think on a film where you travel to nine different countries, and you do so much travelling together, you’re kind of forced to get along. We had the best time, we had the most fun and got to do some pretty crazy things together. When I heard he was going to do this film, I was super excited because I think he’s the perfect choice for this character… It’s important that when you have two lead characters who befriend each other in the film that they have this tremendous energy together, and that’s something me and Hayden had for sure.” More Here! »

Jumper costars Hayden Christensen and Jamie Bell hang out with their director Doug Liman outside of Hostaria dell’Orso restaurant in Rome, Italy on Wednesday.

The trio was seen chatting up a hot blonde outside of a party for Jumper, which opens in theaters nationwide next Thursday. Liman can’t seem to put the camera down–he filmed the entire encounter. Strange!

Jamie Bell arrives at the 2007 British Independent Film Awards looking spiffy in one stylish suit at the Roundhouse, Camden on Wednesday in London, England.

The 21-year-old British actor was nominated as Best Performance by an Actor in a British Independent Film for his performance in Hallam Foe. Hallam Foe itself received six nominations.

Unfortunately, Jamie lost out to Viggo Mortensen for Eastern Promises. Judi Dench picked up Best Actress for Notes on a Scandal and Control picked up Best Film.

Jamie Bell promotes his Scottish feature film Hallam Foe at the 57th Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale) on Thursday, Feb. 15 in Berlin, Germany. Jamie, 20, plays a social outcast and voyeur who falls in love with a girl (Sophia Myles) who reminds him of his recently-deceased mother. Hallam Foe director David MacKenzie picked up not one but two prizes at the festival. The film collected the Silver Bear award for Best Music (composed by Scottish band, Franz Ferdinand) plus the independent jury prize from the Guild of the German Art House Cinemas.
