James Franco is set to make a a guest appearance as himself on NBC’s critically-acclaimed show 30 Rock.

The 31-year-old actor will be involved in a faux romance with Jenna (Jane Krakowski, inset).

Creator/producer/star Tina Fey told EW, ”[Jenna gets] into a high-profile relationship with a movie star that is arranged by their agents.”

James is currently in L.A. shooting his first few episodes for ABC soap opera General Hospital. He’ll return back to the Big Apple later this week to shoot 30 Rock.

Jane Krakowski climbs a ladder in Louboutins - be careful! - as she unveils the world’s largest candy dish at New York City’s Time Warner Center on Tuesday (October 20).

The 41-year-old actress, who plays Jenna Maroney on 30 Rock, showed off the humongous candy dish filled with Godiva Gems to visitors.

Aside from her 30 Rock role, Jane recently finished a run of nightclub performances with her show Jane Krakowski Has Sold Out… Tickets Available, which featured songs by artists who have inspired her, including Ann-Margret, Anita O’Day and Eartha Kitt.
