Jessica Alba (in Narcisco Rodriguez) snuggles up with entrepreneur fiance Cash Warren at the premiere of her latest supernatural thriller, The Eye, at the Cinerama Dome Theater on Thursday in Los Angeles.

On the red carpet, Alba admitted she is starting to take things a bit easier before the birth.

She said, “I was taking this time off anyway so it’s kind of perfect. I’m feeling great but you get a little more tired because all the blood’s going to the tummy.”

Jessica, 26, and Cashers, 28, are expecting their first child together in late spring, early summer.

Parents-to-be Jessica Alba and Cash Warren don’t look so happy arriving at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Wednesday. At least she’s not covering her face!

Did anyone else catch TRL yesteday? MTV VJ Damien Fahey showed pictures of the eyes of guys (mostly costars) she’s kissed in the past. When Cash came up on the screen, Jessica gushed, “Aw, that’s Cashers. My fiance!”

Cashers!!!!! Alba also described him as an entrepreneur. What a giving man!

Jessica Alba returns to her midtown hotel on Tuesday after appearing on numerous talk shows the past few days.

Jess is promoting her new film The Eye, opening on Feb. 1.

A remake of the Hong Kong film, Jian Gui, Jess plays a concert violinist who receives an eye transplant that allows her to see into the supernatural world.

Mom-to-be Jessica Alba tapes her interview on The Late Show With David Letterman at the Ed Sullivan Theater on Monday in New York City.

Alba helped promote her upcoming horror thriller The Eye, out on Friday. She stars as a blind woman who receives the ability to see after an eye transplant–but it allows her to see into the supernatural world.

Jessica Alba promotes her new thriller The Eye inside NBC studios in New York City for on The Today Show. Here’s her interview with co-host Matt Lauer:

On being a real-life mother: “I’ve always loved kids and I’ve always wanted kids. It’s kind of perfect.”

On her body changing during pregnancy: “I’m good now. I’m past the nauseous stage. It wasn’t morning sickness, it was definitely all day sickness. And I was shooting a comedy at the time! You definitely have to go with the flow. You definitely have to surrender. But it’s a shock to a system. Again, I’ve never been one to emphasize anything on my looks or anything. It was just the polls, the magazines, they do it. It was never my thing. So I really don’t care.”

On her first foray into the horror film genre: “I love horror movies. I love psychological thrillers. I love the fact nobody is being mutilated. Thirteen-year-olds can go and watch this movie. It’s a good, classic ghost story.”

On her marriage plans with fiancé Cash Warren: “Ummm … I’ve thought about it.”

Jessica Alba heads to the Chelsea Television Studios to film another segment for The Martha Stewart Show on Friday. (Chelsea Studios is ex-talk show host Ricki Lake’s former studios.)

Earlier in the day, the 26-year-old Fantastic actress was seen shooting another segment for Martha at Whole Foods Supermarket.

The mom-to-be then changed outfits and was seen leaving New York’s Gramercy Park hotel for dinner at Cipriani’s SoHo.

Jessica is expecting her first baby with fiance Cash Warren this spring.
