The 29-year-old singer will release a denim line that will sell in about 1,000 department stores and on jessicasimpsoncollection.com in July.

“Because I live in denim, the fit was the most important,” Jessica said. “A girl’s booty needs to look good. I was inspired to create a great denim line that complements the entire Jessica Simpson lifestyle brand – a jean that becomes a girl’s best friend, that everyday go-to pair.”

Jessica Simpson shows off a sophisticated side-swept ‘do at the premiere of Extraordinary Measures on Tuesday (January 19) at Hollywood’s Grauman’s Chinese Theatre.

The 29-year-old singer paired smoky eye makeup with a nude lip on the red carpet and finished off her camera-ready look with diamond earrings.

Last night, Jess tweeted about her upcoming collaboration with producer Kerry Brown, who wrote “Wait until you hear the new song I produced for @jessicasimpson you’re gonna freak!” on his own page.

Jess agreed, saying the collaboration rocks!

Jessica Simpson puts her breast foot forward, stepping out for dinner with friends at Wilshire Restaurant on Wednesday night (January 13) in Santa Monica, Calif.

Earlier in the day, the 29-year-old singer had a little incident while working out at the gym.

Jess wrote openly on her Twitter: “Dear elderly man at the gym, it’s hard 4 me 2 keep composure whilst punching at chipmunk speed when ur ball sack spills out of ur wind shorts.”

Jessica Simpson shows some sisterly love by attending younger sister Ashlee Simpson’s performance as Roxie Hartin Chicago on Thursday (January 7) in New York City.

Jess, 29, saw the performance with her mom and a few family friends. Ash was even nice enough to sign autographs and take pictures with fans after the performance!

Former Destiny’s Child singer Michelle Williams will take over for Ashlee starting early next month.

Jessica Simpson fights the crowds of paparazzi as she makes her way to her car after getting her hair done by BFF Ken Paves on Tuesday (January 5).

The 29-year-old singer recently collaborated with Red Carter swimwear to launch a brand new line of swimsuits. “Now available in the U.S., products in the Jessica Simpson for Red Carter line range in price from $35-$60 dollars, as Jessica has always been dedicated to keeping her fashion items affordable,” it was announced on her official website.

“According to Stylist.com, Jessica has also brought her mom in on the project: ‘My mom is also a huge part of the line,’ she said. ‘We love working together from inspiration to final product- we touch each and every item.’”

Jessica Simpson spends some time with her mother Tina Simpson in New York City on Wednesday (December 23).

The 29-year-old singer was also spotted making her way out of her sister Ashlee Simpson-Wentz’s home as she headed to a midtown office building. After her business meeting she went over to Ashlee’s Broadway show Chicago.

Jess did a little Christmas shopping at Barneys and FAO Schwartz the day before.

Jessica Simpson and Ashlee Simpson check out Barneys in New York City, while on a shopping trip with their family on Tuesday (December 22).

Pete Wentz and Bronx also came to spend some quality time together at Barneys and FAO Schwartz.

Jessica recently posted a video on her Twitter of her holding a lit candle to her ear. Ear candling is an alternative medicine practice that claims to improve overall well-being and break up ear wax. The videos were shot by Ken Paves. “I’m giving you the remains,” she joked to Ken. “It’s making me nauseous.”

Jessica Simpson goes out into the yucky NYC weather with her mom for some shopping in midtown Manhattan on Monday (December 21).

The 29-year-old singer braved the cold in Ugg boots and carried her belongings in a Louis Vuitton bag with leopard print detailing.

Yesterday, Jess took time out to remember the late Brittany Murphy.

“Brittany Murphy was an incredible ray of Light to so many people,” Jess wrote. “Her smile was contagious. My prayers are with her family and loved ones.”
