• Just days after Beyonce’s fragrance deal was announced, Abercrombie & Fitch has filed a lawsuit against the singer over the trademark “fierce.” Apparently in September 2008, Beyonce applied to trademark the name “Sasha Fierce” for a fragrance and other products - and that isn’t sitting well with Abercrombie, which has sold the trademarked fragrance Fierce since 2003.

Jess and Eva Longoria share hairstylist BFF Ken Paves. Eva tells E!, “Kenny’s done a lot regarding children with cancer. He’s made wigs, and donated wigs, makeovers and his time. He’s really done a lot and he’s done it for free. People just see him as this celebrity hairstylist who gets to work with beautiful women. He’s so much more than that.” More Here! »

Jessica Simpson and her BFF hairstylist Ken Paves catch a departing flight out of LAX airport in Los Angeles on Monday (August 31).

The 29-year-old singer currently has the fall line of her Jessica Simpson Collection on display in the windows of Macy’s (its Herald Square flagship store). “It’s a total thrill for me,” she tells People. “I feel privileged just to be in business with such an iconic store. And it is an honor to know that Macy’s respects and believes in my brand so much that they chose to feature the Fall collection in the windows at one of their flagship stores! Wow…I feel blessed.”

On relationships: “I don’t regret anything I’ve gone through…. I don’t know what the future holds, but I hope that my life, as it is now, doesn’t change. I’m very happy and comfortable—it’s a great place to be in. If this article comes out and we’re not together, I’d still love [Tony], and he’d still be a huge part of who I am today.”

On body image: “It’s not fair that women look in the mirror and feel disgust because of what society has made them believe about beauty. I’ve been through it myself and understand the pressures. We’re all facing the same struggles together, whether you’re a celebrity or not.”
On her divorce:
“It was hard to imagine I would ever walk down the aisle again. It was like a death in the family: You go through the mourning stage, then the rebellion, and then all of a sudden you have to find life by yourself. Once you do that, you feel complete—and that’s the only time you can truly fall in love again, and give yourself over completely to another person.”

On the legacy she’d like to leave behind: “[My ex] Tony said, ‘Jessica, at the end of your life, the only thing that’s going to flash through your mind and heart is your husband, kids, family and the people you love. You’re not going to think, I wish I’d done this with my career. And I’m not going to remember how many touchdown passes I threw or if I won the Super Bowl.’ Music is the heart of who I am, and it’s the most personal thing that I do.”

On her future plans: “I’m never going to be a woman who doesn’t work. At 12 I was emancipated from my parents so I could sign my first record deal. I think I was born working!”

WWD recvently asked the 29-year-old singer how she feels about her new licensed lingerie at Vandale. Jessica answered, It is important to me personally…to be able to wear my own line. Vandale is developing a great collection of feminine, sexy, regular and full-figured bras which are going to be amazing. We are also working on a sleepwear collection that I know I will live in. We have focused on using really soft fabrics that feel good against your skin. The whole line centers around great basics for every day that are comfortable and fit your body. We spent a lot of time on the details. I really wanted to make this line special.”
