The 40-year-old late-night talk show host gets up close and personal with 14-time Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps, Salma Hayek, Tracy Morgan and all five of the Best Host nominees — Tom Bergeron (Dancing With The Stars), Heidi Klum (Project Runway), Howie Mandel (Deal Or No Deal), Jeff Probst (Survivor) and Ryan Seacrest (American Idol). Plus cameo Appearances will be made by Barbara Walters, Martin Short, Jon Hamm, Kobe Bryant, Rachael Ray, William Shatner, Regis Philbin and many more.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Big Night of Stars airs this Sunday, September 21 @ 7PM ET/PT on ABC.

Late night talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel and his comedienne girlfriend Sarah Silverman have pulled the plug on their five-year relationship, reports Vanity Fair.

Kimmel’s rep Lewis Kay and Silverman’s rep Amy Zvi issued a joint statement confirming the news that Jimmy and Sarah are no longer dating, adding, “Jimmy and Sarah have and will have no further comment.”

Milo Ventimiglia dropped by Live with Jimmy Kimmel! on Wednesday in Los Angeles.

The 30-year-old Heroes hottie talked about his Wizard World comic book convention appearance, his Air Force Reserves trip, and his new movie Pathology.

Before going up on the fighter plane, it was recommended that Milo eat peanut butter and bananas beforehand. Why?

Kimmel created a rebuttal music video revealing his newfound romance with Matt’s childhood friend Ben Affleck on the TV special Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Academy Awards.

Jimmy enlisted the help of some of his hot shot friends which included: Harrison Ford, Cameron Diaz, Don Cheadle, Robin Williams, Huey Lewis, Rebecca Romijn, Macy Gray, Pete Wentz, Dominic Monaghan, Joel and Benji Madden, Josh Groban, Christina Applegate, Meat Loaf, Perry Farrell, Lance Bass, Joan Jett and Christopher Mintz-Plasse “McLovin” sang along with a gospel choir exhibiting solidarity for Kimmel and Affleck. There was even a special congratulatory cake presented to the host by a superstar delivery man–Brad Pitt!

Adorable show regular Sarah Silverman surprised her boyfriend and host with a pre-taped music video that was shot at the Delano Hotel in Miami last fall with Matt Damon. Watch the video below–and make sure to stick around for the hilarious dance moves!

It’s funnier if you know that Kimmel often says: “Our apologies to Matt Damon, we ran out of time” near the end of his show, a long-running gag lampooning instances where shows cannot feature their last guest due to time constraints.
