Jodie Sweetin, best known for playing the adorable Stephanie Tanner on Full House, has written a tell-all memoir that chronicles her downward spiral of alcohol and drug abuse.
The title for the book is “UnSweetined” and is due out in bookstores October 6, 2009. Spinning “a web of lies,” she secretly continued to use drugs while she toured the country giving anti-drug speeches at colleges. She finally sobered up after she discovered she was pregnant with daughter Zoie Laurel May, now 13 months.
