The 35-year-old True Blood actor got into super hero mode at the event hosted by Patron, Coca Cola Zero and Tabasco.

E! News recently asked Joe how many women he thought would be seeing his stripper movie Magic Mike for the plot.

“Hopefully none!” Joe smiled and joked.

Magic Mike is scheduled to hit theaters on June 29.

“I am so thrilled that I get to be a part of it. I have to say everyone at the airport, to the hotels, to the restaurants; everyone has been so friendly and amazing. It’s a great host city. Great job, Indianapolis,” Anna said.

The pair was joined by True Blood‘s Joe Manganiello and Mehcad Brooks, Neil Patrick Harris, Chrissy Teigen, and Jesse Williams at the event.

“I really am not competitive at all. I quite frankly don’t know what is going to happen or what we are playing,” assistant coach NPH told the Chicago Tribune. “I know it is football of some sort, but it might be flag football, touch, two-handed touch. I don’t know.”

The 35-year-old True Blood actor recently guest starred on Matt Bomer‘s White Collar, playing a paroled convict.

E! News recently asked Matt if he’d like to make an appearance on Joe‘s HBO series.

“I’m Team Alcide all the way but if I’m going to do a guest spot on True Blood, I wanna play a vampire,” he shared.

“I think Matt would make a great vampire,” Joe added. “He’s got the suit thing going on. He’s got that sophisticated elegant thing going on.”

Brooklyn Decker and her hubby Andy Roddick celebrate in style at the GQ, Lacoste and Patron Tequila Super Bowl bash held at The Stutz Building on Thursday (February 3) in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The 24-year-old actress and model (in a Proenza Schouler dress with Karl for Net-a-Porter shoes) and her tennis pro hubby were joined at the event by Joe Manganiello, LL Cool J, and David Arquette!

On his real-life heroes: Anyone in the U.S. armed forces, fighting

On what he dislikes the most: L.A. drivers … who are, in large part, mindless idiots.

On not fitting in during his childhood: “I’d always yell at my mom to close the door at night because I wanted monsters to come out of the closet and from under the bed. I really felt like if they existed, they would at least be my friends.”

On why he thinks viewers connect with True Blood: “Honestly it might be the fact that we’re in a global economic recession, and people need this kind of fantasy to get far away from where they’re at … When finances are down werewolves embody people’s fears that the masses are going to turn animalistic – a fear that the have-nots will attack the haves.”

On what the hit HBO show means to him: “I really didn’t feel like I fit in until I got True Blood. I’ve never been more fulfilled in my entire life, from the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep at night. I always felt like something was missing, and I don’t anymore.”
