John Krasinski and a friend go art shopping together on Sunday (February 7) in Los Angeles.

The 30-year-old actor and his friend checked out Cherry and Martin, Blum & Poe and LA Contemporary in search of the perfect work of art.

John’s fiancee, Emily Blunt, recently spoke with The Guardian about the challenges of being in a relationship with a fellow actor. “Although this is a magical job, and I have that shared understanding with the person I’m with, it is still only what I do – it’s not who I am. If you can make that distinction then you’re in a good place,” she shared.

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt hit the red carpet together at the 2010 Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hilton on Sunday (January 17) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 30-year-old actor, who wore a Prada navy two-button tuxedo, posed for photos with his 26-year-old sweetheart, who chose a pink tulle and chiffon strapless gown with ruffle detail by Dolce & Gabbana.

Emily finished her look with Jimmy Choo “Quinze” booties and a Ferragamo pewter minaudiere with metal and leather inserts. Her hair was created by Living Proof stylist Laini Reeves.

Ms. Blunt is up for the award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama this evening!

Emily Blunt sparkles in George Chakra on the red carpet with her fiance, The Office star John Krasinski, at the 2010 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards held at the Hollywood Palladium on Friday (January 15) in Hollywood, Calif.

The 26-year-old British actress is nominated for Best Actress for her work in The Young Victoria. She’s up against Sandra Bullock (The Blind Side), Carey Mulligan (An Education), Saoirse Ronan (The Lovely Bones), Gabourey Sidibe (Precious) and Meryl Streep (Julie & Julia).

Diane Kruger, John Krasinski, Justin Timberlake and Hollywood Foreign Press Association president Philip Berk announce the 67th Golden Globe Awards nominations at the Beverly Hilton hotel on Tuesday (December 15) in Los Angeles.

Up in the Air leads the movie categories with 6 nominations while Glee took four nominations on the TV side. The awards show will air on January 17th.

John Krasinski and fiance Emily Blunt hold hands as they walk through New York City’s Chelsea on Thursday (December 10) on a seriously chilly New York day.

The evening before, John, 30, and Emily, 26, checked out the premiere of It’s Complicated.

MTV recently caught up with John and asked him if he was nervous about his upcoming nuptials.

“I’m oddly not nervous at all,” he said. “Someone just mentioned in another interview that I have either gotten married or talked about marriage in many jobs, so it’s old hat to me now. The real thing’s going to be boring!” he joked.

All kidding aside, John told MTV he was “really excited” to marry Emily.

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are smiling sweethearts at the New York premiere of It’s Complicated at New York City’s Paris Theatre on Wednesday (December 9).

USA Today caught up with John, 30, on the red carpet, and he explained that a sense of humor is important to a successful relationship.

“Being able to laugh with another person is such an amazing gift that I think it can make things extremely fun, but it’s the only way to get through the bad times,” he said. “The mind is a scary place. When you laugh it releases the tension and you can get through anything.”

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski bundle up at a screening of The Red Shoes in New York City on Tuesday (November 3).

Newly engaged lovebirds Emily, 26, and John, 30, watched the 1948 dance movie, which is listed as one of the British Film Institute’s top ten British films of the past century.

Recently voted the Britannia British Artist of the Year, Emily said her role in the forthcoming The Young Victoria showed her what Queen Victoria managed a life in the spotlight.

“She was constantly under duress,” Emily told Variety. “She was living a life under the glare of the public. I wanted to do her justice, and show the passion and love in her life — show the other side of her life.”

The Office star John Krasinski and actress Emily Blunt announced their engagement about a month ago but details about it have been scarce — until now!

Emily tells MTV, “All I can say is that there were flutes playing in the background, butterflies, there were angels showering us with rainbow drops.”

As for when the wedding will be, Emily shared, “”We don’t know. We actually aren’t sure yet. We’re being uselessly unplanned about this. But I promise you will be the first to know. You will know before my mother.”

Though it might be awhile ’till Krasinski’s real-life wedding, his on-screen one is next week! Pam and Jim will tie the knot on The Office this Thursday (October 8) @ 9PM ET/PT on NBC.
