John Mayer Eats Dinner Downtown
John Mayer goes out with friends for dinner in downtown New York City on Tuesday (September 22).
The 31-year-old musician will perform with the John Mayer Trio on Dec. 29 for a performance at San Diego’s Copley Symphony Hall, and then peform a New Year’s Eve at The Joint in Las Vegas.
Yesterday, John Twittered, “Meeting with NASA today 2 share my thoughts on how 2 reduce re-entry heat conduction by at least 12 degrees. What are u up 2 today?”

John Mayer has released the artwork for his new single “Who Says,” off his upcoming fourth studio album, Battle Studies.
The 31-year-old musician took to his Twitter and wrote, “I want so bad to play the single for you but I still have to wait. So here’s the single art in good faith…”
Battle Studies will be released November 17.

John Mayer Debunks Kristin Cavallari Rumors
John Mayer took to his Twitter to address those pesky rumors that he’s been hooking up with The Hills babe Kristin Cavallari. Here are the 31-year-old singer’s hilarious tweets:
– “Rumor control: How do I put this like a gentleman…I have never high-fived Kristin Cavallari with my penis.”
– “I’m sure she’s a wonderful gal but we have never tasted the Skittles Rainbow together.”
– “My Milli has never slam danced with her Vanilli.”
– “I have never Bensoned her Hedges, nor have I attempted to Bartle her James.”
John is currently in the Big Apple, where he said, “I landed in New York on the week it most resembles LA. Grrrrrreat.”
He also joked, “It’s Fashion Week in NYC. Where are all the Talbot’s models hanging out?”

John Mayer carries out his iPhone after dining at Katsuya restaurant on Saturday night (September 5) in Los Angeles.
The night before, Maroon 5 rocker Adam Levine was seen eating at the same hotspot.
Moments ago, John took to Twitter about the good time he had last night. The 31-year-old singer tweeted, “I’m a little hung over. Don’t get me wrong, I could still save Nakatomi Plaza if I had to.”
FYI: Nakatomi Plaza is in reference to the building that John McClane (Bruce Willis) saved from a terrorist attack in 1988’s Die Hard. Remember Hans Gruber (Alan Rickman)? His best line: “Now I have a machine gun. Ho ho ho!”

John Mayer: Mug Shot Revealed
Here’s John Mayer’s mug shot snapped by Georgia cops in May 2001 for speeding and driving without a license.
On Wednesday, the 31-year-old singer tweeted, “Challenge: if Harvey Levin at TMZ can produce my mug shot, I will donate 25k to the charity of his choice.” However, TheSmokingGun.com beat TMZ to the punch, publishing the photo first at 3:03pm on Thursday.
“The photo was snapped after the performer was collared by Georgia cops in May 2001 for speeding and driving without a license. To those keeping score, TSG was the first site to post Mayer’s mug shot, which we did today at 3:03 PM,” TSG posted on their website. TMZ then admitted that TheSmokingGun posted the mugshot on their website five minutes before they did.

John Mayer Gives Sneak Peeks
John Mayer has his dad Richard come down to the studio to listen to his latest CD that is he producing in LA on Wednesday (August 12).
The 31-year-old singer walked his dad to the waiting limo, and gave him a big hug before leaving.
John is one of the many artists tapped to help remake Michael Jackson’s song, “Will You Be There.” Other artists include: Whitney Houston, Lionel Richie, Usher, Dionne Warwick, Wyclef Jean, Jermaine Jackson, Larry King’s wife Shawn and possibly Jennifer Hudson, TMZ reports. Proceeds from the song will be split 50/50 between The Larry King Cardiac Foundation and unspecified charity close to Michael Jackson.
