John Stamos and Nick Jonas study music during rehearsals for their upcoming performances of the hit Broadway musical Hairspray on Thursday (July 28) in Los Angeles.

The 47-year-old actor and the 18-year-old entertainer will be performing the smash hit at the Hollywood Bowl from August 5 through August 7!

John posted several photos of Nick and their fellow cast member Marissa Jaret Winoker on his WhoSay page.

“me and my slightly younger brother @nickjonas studying for HAIRSPRAY,” John captioned the picture of him and Nick.

Nick replied via Twitter, “Try slightly senile grandfather:)”

“I’ve loved Rocky Horror since I first saw it when I was 12,” co-star Chris Colfer told TV Guide. “There is no point to it except being crazy and having a good time.”

Costumes for the episode ran up a bill of more than $30,000 – “The Glee kids’ take on Rocky Horror is a little more hip,” costume designer Lou Eyrich explained. “[The cast was] so excited to see what everyone was wearing when they came to the wardrobe trailer.”

Calista Flockhart speaks during the 2010 Operation Smile gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Friday (September 24) in Beverly Hills.

The gala honored John Stamos, Harrison Ford and Susan Casden for their generosity towards the organization. Glee stars Kevin McHale, Jenna Ushkowitz also came out to perform and support the organization.

Operation Smile is an international organization that provides free surgeries to children who suffer from cleft palates and other facial deformities.

Stamos, 47, will also play the beau of OCD guidance counselor Emma (Jayma Mays). Carl will also be administering anesthesia to Rachel, Artie, Brittany and Santana, inspiring a dreamy sequence that will take them into the world of Brit Brit.

“Just when Will thinks he’ll win Emma because he can sing and dance, we find out Carl used to be in an ’80s boy band,” reveals John to TV Guide. “I discover Will’s chewing his teeth, so the other day I had, like, four fingers in Matthew Morrison‘s mouth.”

The 46-year-old former Full House actor will play the love interest of OCD guidance counselor Emma (Jayma Mays) and the rival of Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison).

John has stared on many Broadway shows including Bye Bye Birdie, Cabaret, Nine, and How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying.

The season finale of Glee airs tonight @ 9PM ET/PT on FOX!

30 Rock star Tina Fey and E.R. doc John Stamos share a royal moment with Disney princesses Belle, Cinderella and Snow White on Monday (March 23) inside Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

The two stars were traveling separately with their families but happened to be visiting the Walt Disney World theme park on the same day!
