Miley Cyrus has a new singing partner in John Travolta, reports E!

“Johnny may sing [a duet] with Miley,” Travolta’s wife Kelly Preston said yesterday.

When asked if she’s seen Miley’s semi-topless Vanity Fair photo, Preston said, “ “We [now] know Miley very well. and she’s a sweetheart. All I know is that I know her personally and she’s a really good girl with a great head on her shoulders.”

Travolta and Miley already have teamed up to lend their voice talents to the upcoming animated Disney film, Bolt. Travolta voices the main character, Bolt, a white German Shepherd. Miley voices Penny, Bolt’s human co-star in the film. Bolt opens in theaters everywhere on Friday, November 26.

John Travolta sports a masterpiece of a mustache at attend the ceremony honoring former Disney chief Michael D. Eisner with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday.

Also at the ceremony was Robert Iger, President and CEO of the Walt Disney Company. Oh, and Mickey and Minnie mouse, of course!

Nikki Blonsky nabbed a 2007 Golden Globe nomination for her performance in Hairspray. The film itself also was nominated for “Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy”.

Other nominees include: Across the Universe, Charlie Wilson’s War, Juno and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.

The Hollywood Film Festival and Hollywood Awards honored the cast of Hairspray with the “Hollywood Ensemble Acting of the Year Award” — Nikki Blonsky, Elijah Kelly, Brittany Snow, Amanda Bynes and John Travolta. (Zac Efron has his own entry from the from red carpet.)

John Travolta was honored with the “Hollywood Supporting Actor of the Year Award.” Craig Zadan and Neil Meron received the “Hollywood Producers of the Year Award.”
