Joshua Jackson grabs tight of his Fringe co-star Anna Torv on the latest cover of Entertainment Weekly.

Joshua says, “This [show] has been the total opposite of my Dawson’s Creek experience.” Unlike the teen soap that was an instant hit when it debuted in 1998, “Fringe has taken a while for the show to percolate in the pop culture. I would never complain about being on a show with the words J.J. Abrams above the title, but the expectations were impossibly high.”

The second season of Fringe kicks off on Thursday, September 17 @ 9PM ET/PT on FOX.

Cute couple Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson take in the sights of Paris, looking very much in love on Wednesday (May 6).

On Monday, the couple attended the “Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion” Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Diane, 32, donned a white Chanel Haute Couture minidress and accessorized with Chanel Fine Jewelry bracelet, ring and brooch.

Good news for Josh, 32. Fox recently picked up Fringe for a second season!

Picture perfect couple Diane Kruger (in Marchesa) and Joshua Jackson attend the 6th Annual “New Yorkers For Children” spring dinner dance at New York City’s Mandarin Oriental on Wednesday (April 15).

Diane, 32, got to meet costar Brad Pitt’s kids on the German set of their new WWI flick, Inglourious Basterds. “They came by a couple of times,” she told Us Weekly. “It’s lovely to see them. They are such a sweet family!. [Brad] seemed pretty fired up! [Angie] was lovely — very positive energy. She’s beautiful!”

When asked more about the movie, Diane added, “On this one, I have all my scenes with him, which is fun! Brad, I think, will surprise a few people and my character…I’ve ever played anyone quite this fierce and impossibly glamorous, yet tough as nails.”

Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger hold hands as they attend The Metropolitan Opera’s 125th Anniversary Gala at Lincoln Center on Sunday (March 15) in New York City.

Jackson’s latest movie, One Week, chronicles the motorcycle trip of Ben Tyler as he rides from Toronto to Tofino, British Columbia.

“That piece of information he gets, that death sentence he’s given, is really only a catalyst to start living his life,” Jackson explained to CityNews. “It’s not a cancer movie, it doesn’t deal with the ravages of cancer. It is about this one week period afterward where all the experts say you’d just go into denial anyway - we’re taking a metaphorical approach and that’s what this road trip represents.”

Joshua Jackson and girlfriend Diane Kruger (in Chanel) channel rock n’ roll cool by posing in Ray-Ban shades at the sunglasses company’s Remasters event at Bowery Ballroom in New York City on Tuesday night.

Joining the 31-year-old National Treasure star and Joshua, 29, at the event, which celebrated the reboot of Ray-Ban’s 1986 Clubmaster shades line (now available in nine new and exciting colors!), were the cast of Gossip Girl and Maggie Gyllenhaal.

Leona Lewis and Fabolous joined Ne-Yo on-stage to perform for the finale event. Ne-Yo is currently the first Hennessy artistry curator.

Other celebrities at the event included Aubrey O’Day, Cedric the Entertainer, Dennis Rodman, and Lindsay Price.

Jackson, 30, was recently on the cover of TV Guide with his co-star Anna Torv for their work together in Fringe.

Fringe stars Joshua Jackson and Anna Torv take the latest cover of TV Guide. Their spooky skein from the mind of J.J. Abrams airs on Tuesdays @ 9PM ET/PT on FOX.

As Fox’s big-ticket item this season, Fringe, J.J. Abrams’ new head-scratcher about FBI special agent Olivia Dunham (Torv) and her quest to crack a series of bizarre mysteries known as the Pattern, has been grabbing the attention of conspiracy fanatics jonesing for a juicy new mythology series to dissect. Mind readers, psychic artists, reanimated Feds. This one even comes with its own mad scientist.

“He’s literally been pulled out of a cell where he’s been sedated, subjected to shock therapy – all the things that happen in an institution,” says Aussie actor John Noble, who plays gum-chewing doctor Walter Bishop. And while Walter may be the brilliant, damaged Wizard to Olivia’s Dorothy, this all-knowing Oz is so fried from his 17-year stint in the rubber room, it’s still not clear if he’s part of the solution or the man who created the problems in the first place.

I saw the premiere episode of Fringe and my feelings echo those of Variety’s. Solid casting except for Jackson, who may forever be puppy-dog Pacey of Dawson’s Creek. But viewers shouldn’t be dissuaded to watch to show because of him. I really am dying to know what happens in the next episode, as I usually am with any show from J.J. Abrams (Felicity, Alias, Lost) . The Fringe premiere airs next Tuesday, Sept. 9 @ 8PM ET/PT on FOX.

The Sept. 8th issue of TV Guide hits newsstands this Thursday, Sept. 4th.
