Julia Roberts gives a big wave hello to paparazzi, flashing her trademark smile and giving us a glimpse of her baby bump whilst out in New York with a bodyguard on Wednesday.
Julia, 39, is the proud mom of 2-year-old fraternal twins, daughter Hazel and son Phinnaeus.
The Oscar winner is expecting her third child in June/July 2007 with hubby Danny Moder, who is also the cinematographer for Fireflies (that’s the film Julia has been busy filming).
Leading lady Julia Roberts films scenes for the upcoming Dennis Lee-directed film Fireflies in the Garden on Tuesday morning in Austin at the University of Texas.
Fireflies in the Garden tells the tale of a family tragedy with Julia playing mother Lisa Waechter, who is pregnant with her second baby. Ryan Reynolds plays her first son, Michael Waechter. Willem Dafoe plays Lisa’s husband Charles Waechter.

Oscar winners Julia Roberts and George Clooney interview each other at George’s home in the Hollywood Hills during Oprah’s Oscar Special. The pair receive a surprise phone call from pal Brad Pitt and hilarity ensues. Here’s a mini-transcript of their conversation together:
Julia: George Clooney’s house. Hello?
Brad: Julia? Hey, it’s Brad. Listen, I was thinking I would avoid the line of questioning about the Oscars. You know, I would stick with the [People's] Sexiest Man Alive line of questioning. Who’s that [in the background]? Is that George?
George: Hey, hi!
Brad: Hey, how are you doing? We’ve just been talking about how great we thought it was that you were the two-time Sexiest Man Alive winner…and you know George, you’re a real inspiration, a real inspiration to us younger guys.
George: I just wanted you to know that I thought you looked great when you didn’t win at the Golden Globes.
Brad: Thank you, man. Thank you! And I think the plastic surgery is fantastic! You really cannot tell. You really can’t tell. Hey listen, while I’ve got you on the phone, I think the question America really wants to know and hear from you is what exactly are the responsibilities of wearing the crown of the Sexiest Man Alive?
George: Well, you did a pretty good job of tarnishing it for a long time and they thought they’d bring me in to clean it up again. I think I’m doing a really good job.
There are also completely false Internet rumors that George had plastic surgery. Lies, lies, lies! If you watch the interview below, you’ll know he was speaking in jest.
George won an Oscar in 2006 for Syriana. Julia took home the coveted statue in 2001 for her work in Erin Brockovich.

LIFE: Have the twins seen you on the screen at all?
ROBERTS: I think my son saw me on TV once for a split second and said “Mommy!” But when Hazel sees any mom figure in a book, she says “Mommy.”LIFE: You’re both Georgia-born girls who knit. Are either of you knitting anything for Christmas?
ROBERTS: I’m currently knitting an orange sweater for myself.
FANNING: I’m really bad, because I haven’t even knit my sister [Elle, 8] a scarf.
ROBERTS: You should get on it. Get yourself some big needles. You know what’s fun is knitting a poncho.
Charlotte’s Web opened last weekend, racking in $11.45 million.
Julia Roberts, who lends her voice talents as Charlotte A. Cavatica, attended the Los Angeles premiere of her new film Charlotte’s Web earlier today at the ArcLight Theatre in Hollywood, Calif. Other voice talent includes: Steve Buscemi, John Cleese, Oprah Winfrey, Cedric the Entertainer, Reba McEntire, Robert Redford, Thomas Haden Church and Andre Benjamin (Outkast).

Julia, 38, will be lending her voice talents to the film Charlotte’s Web later this year. She will voice spider Charlotte A. Cavatica while Dakota Fanning will play Fern. Other voice talents featured in Charolette’s Web in the long list of big name celebrities include Oprah Winfrey, Steve Buscemi, John Cleese, Thomas Haden Church, Robert Redford, Cedric the Entertainer, Jennifer Garner, and Reba McEntire. Charolette’s Web is scheduled for a Dec. 20 release.
