Hell hath no fury…

Julianne Moore hosts the TSE Flagship Store opening on Tuesday in New York City and gives some choice words for New York Governor Eliot Spitzer according to People.

Julianne, 47, was once a supporter of the former attorney general and current (soon to be ex) Governor but has since turned her back since allegations of involvement in a prostitution ring arose on Monday.

Julianne fumed, “I’m really pissed. I honestly don’t care where or how people have sex, or with whom, but prostitution is illegal. For someone who’s got such a reputation for having a real attitude towards crime, you have to walk the walk. I’m sorry.”

Always the funny man, Stephen Colbert of Comedy Central’s Colbert Report chimed in, “I sat next to the guy three times and I didn’t pick up on any of this, and I usually have excellent whore-dar.”

Amidst public and political pressure, Gov. Spitzer resigned from office Wednesday morning. “To every New Yorker and to all those who believed in what I tried to stand for, I sincerely apologize,” he said. “There is much to be done, and I cannot allow for my private failings to disrupt the people’s work.”

Julianne Moore and director husband Bart Freundlich attend the Yves Saint Laurent Fall/Winter 2008/2009 Collection Fashion Show held as part of Paris Fashion Week in Paris, France on Thursday.

It’s recently been reported that the 47-year-old redhead will join the cast of Desperate Housewives as Bree’s (Marcia Cross) sister. Well, not true!

“Julianne is a very talented actress and we would be honored to have her appear on Desperate Housewives” an ABC Studios rep tells TV Guide. “Unfortunately at this time, there are no plans to do so.”

Perfect casting, but not happening. :(

Pre-Oscars parties are in full force!

Julianne Moore (in 6267) and the Diamond Information Center (DIC) host a private dinner to honor designers, diamonds & hollywood glamour at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood on Friday.

Red-headed beauty Julianne Moore takes her daughter Liv to see Disney’s The Little Mermaid on Broadway this past weekend..

Ms. Moore, 47, took her mini-me Liv, 5 1/2, for a backstage visit at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre to see star Sierra Boggess, who originating the role of Ariel in the 2007 Broadway adaption of the 1989 film.

Julianne Moore (in Viktor & Rolf) attends the photocall for her new movie Savage Grace on Wednesday at the Hotel Santo Mauro in Madrid, Spain.

Savage Grace is a psychodrama set to open in the U.S. on May 30th. Moore stars in this dramatization of the shocking Barbara Daly Baekeland murder case, which happened in a posh London flat on Nov. 17, 1972. The bloody crime caused a stir on both sides of the Atlantic and remains one of the most memorable American Tragedies.

“Freckleface Strawberry” author Julianne Moore stays bundled up while picking up her kids Caleb, 10, and Liv, 5, from school on a freezing Tuesday afternoon in New York City.

Liv is such a cutie pie!

Julianne, who turned 47 earlier this month, has been happily married to director Bart Freundlich for eleven years.

“We are happy,” the stunning redhead recently told OK!. “I love him dearly and he loves me dearly. I really don’t know if anyone really knows what the secret is.”
