ABC synopsis: Cristina and Burke’s wedding day arrives - along with the interns’ first exam results - and a successor to the Chief is named, as Callie and George make a big decision about their relationship.

Looks like Cristina gets a bridal shower from her Seattle Grace gal pals… McDreamy is Burke’s best man… Addison sits next to Karev at the wedding… and Cristina’s wedding dress looks great!

But will Burketina make it down the aisle? We’ll find out soon enough…

Justin Chambers scarfs down lunch on Tuesday on the set of Grey’s Anatomy, where he plays smart-ass surgical intern Dr. Alex Karev.

Yes, that is a taco (but probably not from Taco Bell).

The cast and crew are still shooting scenes for the season finale — the wedding of Burketina (Isaiah Washington and Sandra Oh’s characters)

Are all production assistants so lucky as to lock arms with the stars? We already know how close and comfortable P.A.’s can get on the sets of photoshoots…

It looks like those long hours on the set of Grey’s Anatomy and being a father of five is finally catching up with model-turned-actor Justin Chambers, aka Dr. Alex Karev.

But dark circles, bags under the eyes, a pimple the size of Mars, or even syphilis… Justin still makes for one hot doc!

Grey’s Anatomy star Justin Chambers, aka Dr. Alex Karev, attends Easter Sunday service at Hollywood Protestant Church in Los Angeles with wife Keisha and their five children — Isabella, 12, twins Maya and Kaila, 9, Eva, 7, and Jackson, 5.

Chambers, 36, was seen running into Grey’s Anatomy co-star Sarah Utterback and a mystery male (both pictured below) outside of church. Utterback played Nurse Olivia Harper, the girl who slept around, contracted syphilis from Alex and gave it to George.

Keisha is a former model agency booker and has been married to Justin for 13 years. Her brother, if she has one, might also be pictured below.

Justin Chambers, aka Dr. Alex Karev, tops TV’s 40 hottest stars who steam up the screen in TV Guide’s “Sexy Issue.”

Co-star Kate Walsh (Dr. Addison Montgomery) weighed in on the 36-year-old and how the set on Grey’s Anatomy is like a petting zoo:

Justin’s character , Alex, is sort of the dark horse — mysterious, good-looking and brutally honest. You get the feeling that he’s got a secret, and I think that’s very sexy. In real life, Justin has a beautiful wife and five gorgeous kids. He’s really funny and genuinely cares about his fellow cast mates. Sometimes he’ll do a little growl or bark before we roll on a scene to loosen up, which I appreciate, since I’ll sometimes vocally warm up with a meow or a bark. It’s like a petting zoo in there! Justin’s also got this hip, rock and roll style that is all his own. He has fantastic taste in music, cars and clothes. He’s super humble and is always the first one to hand out a compliment. When we were over in Italy doing press, women went crazy for him. He was like a Beatle. They just screamed and cried.
