Kanye West just published another blog entry to vent to his fans. This time, he’s frustrated with fashion mag Harper’s Bazaar for assuming the painting on his ceiling is a winged version of himself (see left). Here’s what Kanye had to say in his “Harper’s Bazaar… I Don’t Have A Painting Of Myself As An Angel” blog entry:

“To put it short as Kanye-ly possible (don’t mean to speak in third person)… Harper’s Bazaar came to my home, took pics, asked a lot of questions and then assumed the painting in my dining room was of me as an angel. This isn’t true and it bothered me greatly because people think I’m so so so cocky that I would have something like that. I’m sure it was an inside joke to everyone from the magazine in my home that day. People would come over my house after that and say, ‘I heard about this pic of you as an angel!’ I would have appreciated if Harper’s Bazaar would have put in some type of blurb to clear it up. I wanted people to see my home because I spent 2 years gutting it and was proud. I’m just a regular guy with cool stuff in his crib but instead I was made out to be Ben Stiller’s character in the movie Dodgeball with the huge pic of him wrestling a bull in his office. Why didn’t they write that my house had no pics of me, no plaques or awards, just art. I guess it’s bittersweet, you spend half your life trying to become larger than life and the other half trying to just live a real life again.”

Kanye West and his designer fiancée Alexis Phifer have broken off their engagement after of a year and a half.

“It’s always sad when things like this end, and we remain friends,” Alexis tells People. “I wish him the best in his future and all of his endeavors. He’s one of the most talented people I’ve ever met.”

“They’d been having problems,” a pal of West’s says. “Kanye is really focused on his show; he’s putting everything into the show right now. Alexis is a nice girl, but Kanye has been going through a rough time. They hit a rough patch and for now they’ve split.”

She also tells Us Weekly: “It’s been hard and not been an easy time. I tried to keep things private but yes, it’s sad.”

A source close to the couple added, “He broke up with her. Alexis still doesn’t really know what happened. It’s like she lost her best friend too. Things may change one day. He embraced her son and supported her business and her with all his heart. It’s just a rough time right now.”

Connect Four rivals Beyonce and Kanye West share a laugh during the New Jersey Nets’ NBA basketball game against the Seattle SuperSonics on Wednesday night in East Rutherford, N.J.

The Nets scored a 99-88 victory against the Seattle SuperSonics. Go Armpit of America!

Beyonce, of course, sat courtside and was sandwiched between her boo Jay-Z and Kanye. Their seats were emblazoned with “Rocawear,” the urban clothing label created by Jay-Z, Damon Dash and Kareem “Biggs” Burke.

Beyonce wears Christian Louboutin’s Ariella studded boots.

Paris Hilton wore pink Pastelle shutter shades in Las Vegas for New Year’s earlier this week. The hotel heiress hosted an evening at PURE nightclub with her younger sister Nicky.

Kayne West rocked out the classic white Pastelle sunglasses backstage during a special Video Music Awards nominee taping of TRL back in August in NYC. Pastelle is a clothing label founded by Kanye himself. No official word on a release date of the fashion line yet.

Kanye West makes his first public statement since the passing of his mother. About Connect Four! In short, Beyonce is a legendary Connect Four champion!

“When I was in Europe I would play this game for hours and hours… it helped me zone out. Everybody would get envolved… [sic] Derrick Dudley (Common’s manager) and Consequence were the best other than me… I beat Lexi… Don C beat Jay… Tony Williams beat Common… but every now and then people would speak of this legendary connect 4 champion……….. BEYONCE!!! I had 2 play her!…so last night at Jay’s new 40/40 club in Las Vegas (which is sidebar, crazy big w/ 24krt gold flooring, Black Jack tables, $500 slot machines,the biggest projection screen in the universe and the best turkey burgers I’ve ever had in my life) she beat me 9 times in a row! (and I didn’t even spaz lol) here’s a photo of the only game I won!

Kanye West is on one of three separate Men of the Year covers for GQ magazine per USA Today.

The others cover stars are Bill Clinton and Daniel Craig. The issue hit newsstands Nov. 27.

Kanye doesn’t talk about his mother to the magazine, but he does discuss the possibility of marriage to his fiancee, Alexis Phifer.

“I’m just going to go and get married,” Kanye said. “I’m not going to make a big deal out of it. It’s not to prove anything to anyone — it’s for me, for stability in my life, and I’m so happy that I found someone that I really love, that challenges me, that keeps my life interesting, that’s just as crazy as I am.”

Kanye West recently issued a statement regarding the sudden passing of his momager, Dr. Donda West.

Donda, 58, passed away on Saturday reportedly from complications of a tummy tuck and breast reduction, which may have included a heart attack, pulmonary embolism and/or massive vomiting. Here’s the statement Kanye issued:

“Kanye West, his family and friends would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of support and kind words that have come in from across the country since the death of his mother, Dr. Donda West.

“After working in higher education for 31 years, Dr. Donda West and Kanye West co-founded the Kanye West Foundation with the mission of helping to combat the severe dropout problem in high schools across the country. The first and signature initiative of the Kanye West Foundation is Loop Dreams. Designed to capitalize on students existing interest in hip-hop, Loop Dreams challenges students to learn more about what’s behind hip-hop culture in order to help them develop skills, express themselves creatively and be empowered.

“In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dr. West’s name to the Kanye West Foundation/Loop Dreams Teacher Training Institute. Kanye West arrives hand-in-hand with long-time model fiancee Alexis Phifer to the Spring/Summer 2008 Christian Dior Fashion show during Paris Fashion Week on Monday. The couple also took in the Vivenne Westwood runway show.

Kayne has also started a blog! So far, he’s posted lots of video clips and pictures of fashion pieces he likes.
