Alexander Skarsgard and Straw Dogs co-star Kate Bosworth pass through the crowd at the GQ “Men Of The Year” party held at Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont on Wednesday night (November 18).

Although Alex denied dating anyone on the red carpet, one partygoer tells JustJared.com, “Alex and Kate were holding hands and seemed like a couple. At one point, they held onto the smalls of each others’ backs.”

Last month, Kate, 26, presented Alex, 33, with a Scream Award. They too were reportedly holding hands at the after-party.

Kate Bosworth makes a fashionable arrival in Proenza Schouler at the MOCA New 30th Anniversary Gala on Saturday night (November 14) held at The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.

The Collection: MOCA’s First Thirty Years will be an exhibit marking the museum’s 30th anniversary and will be open to the public today (November 15) through May 3, 2010. More info at MOCA.org.

Earlier in the day, Kate was seen getting her nails done in West Hollywood.

FYI: Kate is wearing a box chain necklace in silver by David Yurman - she wrapped it around her wrist and wore it as a bracelet!

Kate Bosworth shows off a cute cut and bright red shoes as she leaves the Byron & Tracey Salon in Beverly Hills after a haircut on Wednesday (November 11).

Despite a tabloid story reporting that the 26-year-old actress was spotted “totally making out” with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, Chris‘ rep says the rumors are “entirely untrue.”

Us Weekly also reports that Chris and wife Gwyneth Paltrow are “more than fine.”

Chris has said he’s planning to sue the tabloid over the claim.

Kate, 26, and her Straw Dogs co-star Alexander Skarsgard have been making waves in the tabloids lately for “holding hands and flirting heavily” and “whispering to each other” at the 2009 Scream Awards.

Straw Dogs co-stars Kate Bosworth and Alexander Skarsgard hop into the backseat of a car together after partying together at Chateau Marmont on Saturday (October 17) in West Hollywood.

Earlier in the evening at the Greek Theatre during Spike TV’s Scream Awards 2009, Kate presented Alex with the Best Villain award for his work as vampire Eric on HBO’s hit series True Blood.
